Lovely and clean with a nice comfy bed. Coffee making facilities and water provided. Plenty of hangers, sockets and mirrors. Clean and tidy.

No curtains, not too much of a problem in winter, but would be too light in the summer. Shelf above the sink makes it awkward to use.

A fabulous stay,Tom the host was very welcoming,our room was lovely & we had an amazing sleep as the bed was very comfortable,Everything was spotlessly clean,the breakfast was beautiful,very fresh & cooked to perfection will definitely stay again.

The host Tom was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb and the breakfast was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and although compact the bedroom was cosy. The location is north of the centre and takes about 25 minutes to walk to the Tower.

The bathroom was very small.

Owner is friendly and helpful and it is good value

Family room v small but it is partly divided which is nice.

The owner is fantastic, breakfast was lovely, the rooms were spotless & clean.

Not the owners fault but someone on the top floor who had children came in around 11pm & didn't actually get in bed til around midnight. They were running about in the room above & were noisy & they woke up early the next morning being loud. People should have a little more respect. I know people are on holiday, but yo make that much noise so late keeps people awake.

Toilet and washbasins were not cleaned on our 2nights stay. No fresh towels supplied each day. Hospitality tray not refilled

Cleanliness of the establishment and a very good host.breakfast was tasty but not keen on the coffee and tea served

We paid for a Deluxe double room,but when we entered we must have a different meaning of deluxe to the owner. You could barely walk around the bed due to lack of room, nowhere to put our cases and the heat was almost unbareable, enquired if we could have another room but non available, asked if we could a least have a fan, non they don't supply, the only thing going for the room it was clean, we didn't take any photos but in hindsight we should have. I know people have different opinions but this was not for us and we are far from being stuck up, we just want we we think we pay for

We had a lovely relaxed stay. Spotlessly clean hotel. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and welcoming hosts, who have really made the effort to make things nice for their guests. Thanks again for having us 😊
