Excellent location, a few minutes walk from Canberra Centre & Gorman House. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was well set up with full kitchen, and everything provided for preparing meals. The owner promptly provided one or two items that were missing. Views were excellent.

Collecting the keys was a strange process although it did work. The underground car park was a maze and the directions provided were essential. The apartment was very small for two bedrooms, and one of the bedrooms had no windows

The apartment was stunning clean, close to all amenities,great city view from our room, Sarah was friendly and being so helpful.

Bit complicated to get the key and the pillow was too flat which is a shame cause the bed was comfortable.

Location. The room was nice, except the dryer filter was falling off. The room is clean and comfortable.

The confusion of instructions of parking and checking in. Also, we didn't like how we got the room key. We had never done it before when you got the key from a tree!

It was a street away from the property. Would have been a challenge for donut was raining or in the dark

Location was amazing. Close to the Australian war memorial, and Local shopping center just all round amazing location and views from the elevator lobby. I'd recommend this place to anyone of a party of 4 or below, over 5 id say makes the apartment to crowded. Note I would stay again with Less than 4. Due to location.

Sadly, a few things. 1. Dirty linen - one of them had like oil stains or something on it. 2. I WOULD NOT recommend this place if you're a group over 4. Spent 6 nights sleeping on a couch. Not a couch with a fold out bed underneath an actual couch that turns into a bed. It was horribly hard, and I got my arm caught in the gap a few times. The storage unit under it was filthy, and I was surprised to find beding for couch beds wasn't actual in the storage box underneath It's such a horrible idea to have a couch bed and to strip and remake my bed every day. They should have opted for a single cot in the corner near the windows, which would have been more beneficial. 3. There's not much space for 5 people. 4. Lack of bowls. 5 people to 4 bowls, some of the glasses, pots, and bowls were dirty. So we had to hand wash them before use. 5. 1 set of towels for 6 days, tho a washing machine was provided. 6. 1 key for 5 people was annoying af. 7. We had 2 cars, 1 got the designated parking, and the other had to opt for outside parking. Called being like is the parking under the hotel a ( as we booked with Willison) got told no and had no idea what i was on about ( which is far) asked if there is any parking we can use under. Got told we could use hotel parking and asked what number the hotel parking was he said it should be blank and walked around the whole place. Most car parks had the same numbers but no blank. So we had to do a ring around the Rosie around the block with 1 hour and 3 hour parking for 6 days. This isn't a Splendid negative, more a general negative 8. If going to cook here, there are no basic essentials in relation to mixing bowls and such. Stove can get really hot, super fast, and turn off when you're not even here. 9. The instruction for the key was kinda difficult. If my folk were alone, they wouldn't be able to understand how to access and were to access the key as it's located off-site.

The only minor disappointment was it mentioned apartment had private pool and it wasn't the case. Everything else was great.

Apartment had aircon. The building entry and hallways were not. 36 degrees and the walk to and from apartment were shocking due to the stuffiness of no air. Make sure you 100% read the cancellation policy, it has no flexibility, and you will lose a significant amount of money if you cancel or book wrong dates. Owner says it's up to Booking.com, when it is actually at owner discretion.

No one came to host us and keys were hidden in a tree. We stayed over two nights but towels, milk water were provided for one day. Instructions were given but some of them were not clear. Owners were not friendly.

Location is great being close to a park and Canberra Centre

The bed mattress needs replacing as the springs have all become loose and made for a very uncomfortable sleep. The beds were not made properly and lacking flat sheets
