Location was good to the beach , easy access.

Hot water system failed several times. Was quickly shown the issue but it kept happening. I was able to resolve future issues myself.

Location was central to the Northern Beaches. Good space within the apartment, and clean inside. Amenities were as advertised. Suited the reason for the one night stay.

The place is looking very tired and dated overall, and if we needed to stay for a longer period I am not sure it would have met our requirements.

Apartment was very spacious and clean. Great facilities in kitchen and washer dryer was a bonus. Great value for money in Manly.

Really well located to visit Sydney and enjoy Manly beach, perfect for a family of 5. Manly Beach is right on the corner. You just need 20 minutes to reach Manly wharf and go by ferry up to Circular quay. A really nice option as a family to visit Sydney and enjoy the nice holiday atmosphere of Manly.

The flat was a bit old and should definitely be renovated. The bedsheets were not already placed when we arrived. The staff at the reception was not that welcoming.

the refrigerator was clean. walking distance to beach prominade, air conditioner functional.

would not recommend this place to anyone. I would not have my name or brand associated with this property. multiple issues. foyer/entry area dirty. carpet on stairwell filthy. unit front door I’ll fitting. Bathroom: electrical fittings in bathroom incorrectly wired, only worked in reverse. light in bathroom kept shorting out and turning it on caused the switch to arc. shower recess filthy. sand & debris on the shower floor. walls mouldy, toilet leaking from the base. only achieved 2 warm/hot shower between the 2of us in 2 days. bathmat was mould stained. complimentary toiletries open and partially used. bedroom: fair, sheets appeared cleaned but I had no confidence in hygiene levels. mould on b/room ceiling both rooms. Kitchen: only power point required double adapter to facilitate toaster & kettle. supposed clean tea towel stained, used sponge only cleaning implement. the photo below are a selection of the issues.
