The apartment itself is really nice and spacious, I spoke with the owner at 1 point on the phone and he was really considerate and understanding as I had made an error on when I was checking in.

Unfortunately the cleaning company did not fulfil their job, airer was left out in sitting room which was no bother but kitchen sides cooker sink microwave and fridge where not cleaned and also dirty sponge and cloth left at sink and dirty tea towel left in corner cupboard. Bath sink shower also not cleaned scum and hairs, can of drink found in cupboard by kids, dirty cotton bud in bedroom along with other rubbish, 5 of us in property but no bedding and pillows left out for person to use sofa bed. It felt like the cleaners had not been in at all, we just felt like we where living in someone else's mess it was not a nice stay and such a shame because it was a nice flat. I did make contact via booking.com but I don't think the comments go through to the actual owner of the property. The message I received back was " That the where sorry the cleaning was not to my expectations and they would speak to staff or whomever" I did forward pictures the cleaning was not too anyone's expectations as it was not done.

Perfect apartment, host was very great with communication and fast with check in details. Overall good feedback - we would book again should we be working in the area again! :)
