Great overall. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was comfortable, with the bed in particular being quite spacious and having lots of pillows. The bathroom was pretty good too, strong pressure on the shower and easy to use. Great for a solo or two friends traveling. The location is decent, with it not being too far from points of interest, the O2 in my case.

The room 7 was small but ok for purpose The bed quilt had a stain on it Sink was small for a wet shave and only allowed about 4 inches of water before it became a liability to the tiles on the floor. The meals were over priced and I did not like the automatic service charge that was for a pub meal. Breakfast scrambled eggs came off the fork as one lump that you had to separate with the knife

Did not have breakfast. Great location and bedroom beautiful and decorated tastefully respecting the period of the property . Bed comfortable and excellent linen and pillows

The room was freezing. We did not arrive until 9.00 pm and the lady who took us up commented on how cold it was and to turn heating up . This should have been done earlier as it was a very cold nite .

Clean. Comfy bed. Friendly helpful staff. Tasty evening meal and excellent location for Maritime Museum and Canary Wharf. Would stay again. Nice pub atmosphere.

Shower extract fan not working and en-suite sink small but these didn’t affect my stay.

Room was lovely, spacious and clean. We arrived earlier than check in time but was told we could wait and have a drink and they will make sure our room was done next.

The areal for the TV in the room wasn't working so made it hard to watch the TV, but as we were only there for a place to sleep, it wasn't too much of a huge concern.

Beautiful pub, comfy room. Staff were all lovely, food was amazing. Perfect place to stay when visiting O2. Thank you, we'll definitely be coming again

Location was near transport for the O2 and Greenwich park. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's genuinely a nice place; a good place to stay but....

The heating is always on full blast in the bathroom; the TV reception is appalling; there was no room servicing even though requested.

A wonderful, lively and friendly local pub with a few sweet and cozy rooms above. Great breakfast and food in the pub. Well-appointed room with a great bathroom, all exceptionally clean and very charming. We loved it very much and definitely will be back.

Great location near the Thames , and for getting to London City Airport which was the reason we stayed. Very lovely room and shower room, comfortable bed and friendly and welcoming staff

The property was on a quiet side road, close to the river. They were welcoming on our arrival and served nice food. It was ideal for our trip to the O2

The staff was lovely and the room was very agréable and comfortable. The location was very quiet and quickly and easily accessible by bus from the main metro station.

We loved the place, small but comfortable and it was spotless. Staff is quite friendly too and we had dinner at the Pub and, our choice was the Smash Burger that’s the best burger I’ve ever had. 👌🏽🤤
