This is an exceptional place. The hosts, Jackie and Duncan, are lovely, and everything at their place, and all that they do, speaks to the years of experience they have in the hospitality business. From the beginning, their correspondence with booking, and their To-Do in Beaufort emails were so helpful and reassuring. The location is perfect for a short walk to all the restaurants and shops of the lovely historic downtown and riverwalk. The neighborhood is perfect for walks or runs. The kitchen is packed with every item you need! You can cook up a storm in the kitchen here! Ask Jackie and Duncan for suggestions for what to do, what to see, where to shop, they are absolutely the best hosts - we wish we lived in Beaufort just to be their neighbors!

Beautifully appointed. Easy walking distance to restaurants and Waterfront Park. Lovely to be greeted by the hosts who were exceptionally helpful and lovely people.

There was no breakfast included...we had a great fridge to store our own meals. Hosts were very charming! We will stay there again as son is located nearby.

It couldn't have been any better. Accommodations were outstanding!

Everything was very clean and comfortable. They put a lot of effort into making it a good and friendly stay. We had everything we needed and were very happy, perfect place to wind down. They even loaned us their state park pass.

The only negative whatsoever was the mattress was a little rough on my back so I struggled to stay asleep.

There was nothing not to like. Upon our arrival, we met the property owners, who prior to our arrival gave us some information on favorite local eateries and places to see. We were provided with a day pass to Hunting State Park, saving us sixteen dollars. Upon arrival we met the property owners, who were very personable but not busybodies, friendly yet professional. After speaking with them for a bit- we are chatty- they directed us to the grocer and left us to our evening. We had room 1, a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, television upstairs and down, an incredibly comfortable king size bed, and a fantastic shower. Toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a full sized blow dryer. We were offered a discount on am extra night if we decided we wanted to stay, no one was in our room that night, we had to decline but it was an offer we would have accepted had our schedules allowed. Downtown Beaufort with shopping, restaurants, art, park, playground, etc. is less than a mile from the property and is easily walkable. There was honestly nothing that we weren’t impressed with. There is a little table with umbrella and chairs on the private patio and we sat and watched the birds bathe in the bird baths on the front garden, which is shaded by a beautiful magnolia tree and ground covering of ivy and periwinkle. Just beautiful grounds.

The condo was just as described. Clean, well-stocked, and in a nice location.

Customer service was lacking. Shortly after our arrival the toilet seat split under normal use. We informed the owners and offered to replace it. This was followed by numerous texts throughout the day regarding a replacement. There was no regard for the fact that we were on vacation. Later in the evening, we received a text asking for the security code on our CC so that they could add this info to their Amazon account to purchase a new seat. (inappropriate) When we did not respond (we were enjoying dinner downtown) they took it upon themselves to charge our account directly without our knowledge. We left early the next day and sent them a text stating that we left $40. cash to cover the cost of the toilet seat (not knowing our card had already been charged ). They responded with "Thanks for being our guest" but never mentioned that they had already charged our card for the toilet seat. Not at all how guests should be treated.
