The front desk did try to assist with my problem but it was booking.com that had to fix it, but they required a call from booking.com to resolve any issues.

Tub and shower was weirdly curved like a u that you stand in which can make it easier for a fall and the Water pressure was terrible. AC unit was barely functioning set the temperature @68 degrees and was still hot and humid in the room.

Love the location. Beaufort is a lovely place to visit. The hotel was great. Will stay there every time I pass through the area.

My wife really liked the body was/shampoo/conditioner products in the room. We liked the proximity to the historic district.

Clean Rooms, mostly friendly staff. Housekeepers are on top of their game and always friendly. Quiet and close to lots of main attractions.

Check in and check out time on reservation did not match the Hotels check in and out times. Breakfast not included. No Vending machines. The Day Time Hotel Receptionist did not greet us with a smile, she was not very welcoming and had a slight attitude.

The location was convenient for all our plans during our Beaufort stay.

A little complicated to find the first time, with road signs not present. The hotel had NO Diet Coke during our whole stay. Very disappointing as a diabetic. The bar was not open at any time that we saw.

The location first of all is great. The hotel is clean, neat, and staff were exceptional all throughout.

I have a question on my billing. I was charged $5,87 misc and $3,87 parking recap fee; why? I called Hilton garden and left msg and have not hear back. Can you please explain?

Hidden fees

We did not eat the breakfast because even after spending over $250 per night, breakfast was an extra $16! To me, that’s just insane and should be in included. Safe to say we ate at a local restaurant with amazing food and cheaper than the high-priced continental breakfast at the hotel.
