There was no room service anything you need you have to go to the lobby and there was no phone in the room to reach the employees easily

The location was perfect right next to the metro and bus station. The employees were helpfull and friendly. The rooms, bathroom and sheets were clean.

We paid the breakfast when we reserved our room übut couldn't have the last day's breakfast because of leaving early and they told us they cannot give us the breakfast money back??. There is no room service or anything to eat in the restaurant other than breakfast. Also when we arrived at the hotel, the woman on the reception kept us waiting for two hours and telling us it's not 3pm so the room is not ready but 3 other groups came and checked in before us because a lovely lady whose name was Isabel was taking care of them. Finally after two hours of waiting, our baby started crying we didn't want to talk to that receptionist and asked Isabel about our room she said it's ready and we don't have to wait, gave us the keys and that was it. I don't remember the other receptionist's name but she was terrible!

Comodissima la posizione, accanto alla stazione Noord, con Metro 52 e diversi bus a disposizione. In pochi minuti si raggiungono il centro e altre zone nevralgiche. Ottime la pulizia delle stanze e la gentilezza del personale. A disposizione in camera phon, ferro e asse da stiro, bollitore con tè e caffè. Grande doccia, utile anche per disabili.

Non è carissima, ma se costasse un po' meno torneremmo anche più spesso ad Amsterdam, città interessante.

The location is very convenient next to the Noord station for metro and bus. There is a shopping area nearby with shops, supermarket and restaurants. The room is spacious. It is so much better than staying in the Amsterdam central. Definitely a good money value.

Check-in took a long time and no restaurant in the hotel.

Sehr schön eingerichtet , alles vorhanden, hochwertig. Personal sehr bemüht und auf die Wünsche eingegangen , einfache Kommunikation via Chat. Lage ist sehr gut, direkt an der Metro Station. Frühstück sehr gut, aber auch ein stolzer Preis für 21,50 pro Person.

Betten waren etwas hart.
