Didn't clean the toilet and vacuum the floor at all. The cleanliness is terrible.

Breakfast was amzing, and all the team working there was also very kind.

The reception team was not very welcoming, and i don't understand why they panick when they receive a guest coming along after (7 hours flight ) instead of giving him priority for an early check in!

The service was helpful and kind and ready to help. I had the breakfasts which felt really classy and luxurious. The hotel has a great location, not far from the Zuid train station, and the city, but still in a quiet area.

The place is a bit pricy, but it makes up for it with the location and the service.

The value for money of the room was really good. The bus was a min away to access many train and metro stations (Zuid, Rai, Europaplein). The staff was really professional and nice. There was a snack shop open 24/7 with reasonable price. I did not went there but there also are a gym, a restauraunt, a bar and a small terrasse that can be nice when the sun shines ! As it is far, or not walking distance from the touristic places, depending on where you want to go on the city check the location before booking.

As it is far, or not walking distance from the touristic places, depending on where you want to go on the city check the location before booking. It can take up to 30 min to access the museum quarter, which can be a lot for Amsterdam. On the weekend we cannot catch the bus as often.

it was a little far from the city centre it took us around 1 hr to walk back from the town centre on NYE as buses, trams and taxis were either full or stopped running. also the beds are two singles pushed together which was okay but just a little uncomfortable

It was a lovely area about 30 mins from central town. Very clean and staff excellent.

I know it's a personal choice but, I found the bed extremely hard. My body ached every morning.
