L’emplacement, il y a un vrai charme la bas et le personnel est super. C’est confortable et à 2 pas de la mer, il y a un super resto en bas de l’hôtel c’est vraiment le top!!

The WI-FI was not good in our room Shower not very warm I have used booking.com a lot . When i paid Martin the owner,wanted 500 rupees more than price I had been told I had to pay. He would not have it any other way ,he said it was for taxes and commission. I was not happy.

Ivons is a nice budget hotel just off the beach with easy walking access. Close enough to the main road for souvenirs and food. The Restaurant was real good! I tried the breakfast the burgers the pizza and the Thai food and all were made really well and the service was super friendly and chill music is nice 👌 I will definitely stay here again friendly helpful staff got us a room right away and arranged taxi to the airport for us no problems. Thanks Ivons for a nice stay in Arambol Goa!

The fan in the room wasn't so great and the room could have better charging points.

My room was facing the sea and there was a nice balcony outside, although most days it was so hot that I didn't use it. The bed was okay and while the facilities were very basic, the 'safe' (drawer with a key) and clothes hangers came handy. Martin and Steffi were helpful hosts. I was able to rent a decent scooter from Martin and Steffi made a useful hairdresser recommendation. They were both relaxed and friendly, as was the rest of the staff at the restaurant, and the food was nice too. Big advantage of that place: you only have to walk 100 meters to be on the beach and it's less busy than the part of the beach that's closer to Arambol centre. It's not far from it if you walk alongside the beach, but by roads you probably need a scooter. I was on the second floor: great to see parts of the shimmering sea over the trees. The place seems to attracts a mostly grown up and mature clientele. No partying until the early hours of the morning, means you can actually sleep. Neighbourhood feels safe; lots of cafes and restaurants run by friendly locals + 2 small supermarkets.

The room was very small. There was no space to do anything else but sleep in it, but considering the price, it was still value for money. Sometimes, rubbish was being burnt from time to time, not so far away from the property. I closed my door and window but somehow the smoke still came in. They should consider moving the pile of crap accumulated there and light the fire further away from the building. Instead, they could take care of the front garden and the view would be even nicer. Outdoor fires near people's windows isn't that unusual in India, nevertheless an inconvenience and lack of business sense.
