Good value for money. Good size apartment. Pool in common area is a good size with a spa.

Apartment was on the top level with no lift. Also no air condition in the main living area. Intercom from front entrance did not work.

Pool & BBQ area and family friendly. Underground car park with designated car park.

3rd floor apartment hard to carry all luggage up to.

Great location, air conditioners in the rooms. Great view, beautiful birds visit each day. A wonderful place to stay, very comfortable and spacious. Cafe close by, free secure parking. Safe, quiet and peaceful.

Lacked some basic necessities that people generally don't travel on aeroplanes with. Tissues for one. Full kitchen, but needed to buy things like oil, salt, and pepper to cook with. Tupperware with no lids to store cooked food. No cling wrap or foil or anything such as that. Dishwasher, but no tablets/powder for it. Netflix app on the tv but locked out with parental codes, so couldn't even log in using our own account. For the price, you'd expect these things I would think.

Location was great for the event I was travelling for. Central to shops and close to beach. Apartment was spacious and clean, pool facilities were great.

Didn’t like that I had to walk up three flights of stairs every time I wanted to go somewhere. At check in no one was at desk, called number at reception with no answer, had to wait for a call back, at which time I had left premises and had to come back for check in.

The fan in the lounge room barely worked so it was so hot and when cooking dinner made it even worse. And the stairs where a killer but keep us fit

The apartment was not cleaned, bins were not emptied, personal/owner belongings were in all the cardboard (tins of paint, adult diapers, food, ladders). Blood on the screen door inside and out. The floor was black with dirt, food still splashed on the kitchen splash back.

Location was good Apartment was Clean. Staff were friendly

Only negatives were WiFi was Terrible non-existent, had to use our phones and used all our data. Tv went off and we couldn't get it back on had to turn off at all power points to get back on. Probably having another way of reaching the top apartments eg lift as myself and friend have bad knees.
