Everything was so much better than we expected. We felt completely comfortable approaching the staff about an electrical issue we found and it was fixed immediately.

There was nothing about the property that we didn't like

The close proximity to surfers, the quiet location, nice view , secure parking.

The kitchen was not very clean, very old cutlery (not clean) very basic . no exhaust in bathroom .

Staff were lovely, room was adequate for what I needed and was equiped enough for my purpose of stay - Work. It was very close to where I needed to be so I can’t complain much at all.

The upkeep needed to be looked at for some of the rooms. My last room I had a constant buzzing sound in the living area and after investigating it myself, found that the router above the fridge had all but disintegrated and was releasing a current into the air that is concerning. The beds are much too soft so a new mattress should be installed. - this was in every room I stayed in. The parking scanner for the underground car park should have been built / located closer to the gate so so you didn’t have to revers up the drive way again to scan the fob and same with the exit, it should be either in a much longer bar so you didn’t have to drive near the parked cars or placed near the exit gate away from the cars, the parking was difficult due to other residents or guests blocking the parking area with belongings or even self made signs, the pedals took fans inside each room needs replacing because the ones I stayed in were not working and look old and dated, And there was sticky Film of dust and grime in places which showed that only the face and tops of areas were cleaned. But other than those things it was a fine enough stay and I would stay again no worries.

The lounge was extremely hard and had a side on position to the TV meant watching side on. New lounge recommended. Move the TV on an angle. The bed was not very supportive. new mattress recommended

The smell of the room. The dishes, glasses and cutlery were dirty, all cups, plates and cutlery were all miss matched. Looked like they were bought at garage sale. The microwave was sitting on a piece of polystyrene on top of the fridge. The light switch in bedroom is coming apart, safety hazard. The lamp in bedroom is also faulty, ie the fittings. The website pictures of the rooms are very deceiving, our room wasn't that nice. The foyer is dirty and dusty, the area as you get out of lift into basement is dirty, cigarette butts and rubbish on the floor where the trolley's are kept. Not a place I would stay at again. I think most of the apartments have long term tenants, balconies look messy and cluttered.

The pool was amazing and across from beach

When I first got their the receptionist told me, the room is getting renovated on Monday when we leave. Which is fine . We got to the room and we like it at first but we have two very adventurous little boys and that room wasn't suitable for us. As the bed was next to a 3m drop. And one of the beds were blocking the door for the balcony on the top level and we had no key for that. The entrance for the balcony was via the bedroom. The room was not situated for a family with young children. On Friday night the window broke and you could push on the screen and open it ( my children could of fallen out of it) on the kids bedroom they could of just fell out. That is a 3 story fall. The bedrooms were on the top level and that wasn't good. We didn't sleep in the bedroom, we slept in the lounge room. In the lounge their wasn't a fold out bed. (But stated in the ad). Also on Friday night the fridge started leaking. The shower frame was not secure it moves it's not safe. My son was in the shower and I had to check on dinner so I went down stairs quickly and I heard him scream and I went up stair and the glass panel of the shower fell on him. In lounge room there was glass table glas tv cabinet and glass side table. Not good for little kids. I asked for lowest level to ground. You put me on level 2 and the bedrooms were on level 3. I turned my back for a minute and my son was on top of the rocks

Like the location , room was in a ok possition , easy accses walk across to the beach

It was short of amenities , I was there for 4 nights There was one peace of soap short of linen event had to get my toilet paper Was a bit itchy on the bed, and the manager was a bit rude on the phone before i arive

THE UNITWAS CLAEN AND TIDY BUT THERE WERE A LOT OF ITEMS THAT NEEDED REPAIR. tHE BEDROOM SCREEN DOOR IS ON BACK TO FRONT,YOU LOCK IT FROM THEM OUYSIDE A LOT OF PAINT COULD BE USED TO FRESHEN THE WLLS, DOORWAYS. THE WARDROBE HOUSE THE HOT WATER SYSTEM, WHICH IS VERY GOOD BUT THE WARDROBE SHELVES SUFFER, THERE IS NO TEASPOONS OR DESERT SPOONS AT ALL AND WE COULD NOT FIND OUT HOW THE HOTPLATES WORKED BUT LUCKILY AN ELESCTRIC FRYPAN WAS THERE. THE MATTRESS HAS SEEN BETTER DAYS AND SHOULD BE REPLACED. WE ARE USED TO A QUIET AREA WHERE WE LIVE AND THIS IS NOT THE CASE THERE

We really enjoyed staying here. The place was well, equipped and the location was fantastic.

I think the unit we stayed could use a bit of TLC. The window blinds were broken, the sofa was a bit saggy and not that clean.
