Spacious accomodation, secure, well located, quiet, two bathrooms and a car park

Little things like empty salt & pepper, sachets & small quantities of products, like tea bags.

Location was great easy access, our car was a little high so we couldn't park in premises but we found street parking easy enough. great walks nearby, Pool was lovely and hardly had to share. Very handy having a separate toilet to the bathrooms. Lovely big fridge with a good ice maker. Quickly replaced the TV when it wasn't working.

Not enough lounge chairs for 4 people to relax, not enough cutlery and there was only 1 saucepan for cooking, also a couple of extra bath towels would have been good

steep stairs. A lift to lev 1&2 would be useful. location of garage swipe out on wall. car needs to be too close to wall if you choose to not get out of the car. not much sun into the lounge area.

Location was great, restaurants within walking distance. Large shopping centre just down the road.

Being in the older age group we did find the stairs were a bit much.

This property is in a very good location. Secure gated car parking in an allocated spot is available with stairs leading directly to the apartment. We arrived after check-in but had been left with very accurate instructions as to how to collect the key for the apartment. There are ceiling fans in each of the rooms and air conditioning in the loungeroom. Management was very helpful and courteous. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor (three floors in total).

Sadly our apartment was tired and dated. Behind the front door was a very long aerial cable (about 2 metres long) which simply had been left on the floor. The lights above the breakfast bar did not work properly, two globes did not work at all and the other globes would turn on and off by themselves even with the light switch turned on. There are two bathrooms, one of the toilets had no toilet paper at all with an empty holder, the other had half a roll. No spares to be found. Plentiful towels were supplied (two each) but no hand towel or face washer. No garbage bins in bathrooms, just one bin in the kitchen. Cigarette butts on the balcony. Not sure why but door handles were sticky to the touch.

This property hit all the points we were after: Location, facilities, friendliness. It was just a great stay all round.

The apartment was a little dated but even so was extremely comfortable.
