Everything was spot on. The appartment has matched the pictures perfectly. Very clean, everything was tidy, free welcoming mini bar for refreshment, fresh bedding and towel were waiting. Nothing to complain regarding the appartment and the host.

Everything was great! Excellent equipment, cleanliness and modern styling in the apartments! There was even espresso coffee and things as a compliment! The host was responsive and detailed in check in and check out.

Nice room and bath, very clean, simple and easy to use furniture and facilites. Almost everything you need in a small apartment. Definitely, I recommend it.

self check-in was easy, pictures provided made it clear on how to enter. really clean place. there was a parking spot for the car. kitchen was well equipped. the elevator works well.

good for us because it was out of the city center and we could get there by car, but not so if the point is to stay close to city center and use public transport. there wasn't anything reminding us we were in Romania

The apartment is 200 metres from the METRO Terminus, "Pantelimon", just a 4 minute walk. Across the road from the apartment is a Hypermarket with a very good Food Court. It also takes only 4 minutes to go there - by walking through an empty area of land to the Shopping Centre. The apartment does NOT get the eastern sun so I was not woken by the early morning sun. Anyway, there are shutters on the windows and door to the balcony to cut out the light and the little noise from the traffic in the street 6 stories below. The sleeping area/living area was spacious and the mattress was comfortable. The bathroom/toilet was spacious also, and absolutely clean. The whole of the apartment was well presented - nothing was old or deteriorated - including the kitchen which I did not use. Pantelimon is the Terminus of the M1 Yellow Line which is linked to all the other METRO Lines in Bucharest. There is Bus 104 which starts in the Car Park of the Shopping Centre and terminates at Piata Unirii, which is the centre of the city. Both METRO Trains and Buses run very frequently - about every 15 minutes for the METRO and every 6 minutes for the Bus. My friend drove to Bucharest to spend a few days with me. I had given him the Remote Control to park his car after we returned from lunch. During lunch, he received a phone call to inform him that his mother had a heart attack and was taken to Hospital. He left Bucharest immediately. Unfortunately, the Remote Control was in his pocket. Mr Eddie was generous in his understanding of the situation. I want to thank Mr Eddie personally for his kindness and patience in this matter. Mr Eddie is a wonderful Ambassador for Romania.

I had a slight problem accessing the apartment but the problem was with Booking.com's web site, not the fault of the owner. I received confirmation that my booking was accepted - that was all that was visible on my computer screen. I didn't not scroll down to see that I was being put in another apartment (of the same quality). Because this information was not visible, I didn't read the instructions how to access the building and access the keys. I want to commend Mr Eddie for answering my SOS phone call. He came to the building within 20 minutes and we realised what the problem was - Booking.com's layout of the information - not a problem that he had caused. Such information should not be sent to people in the few days before they are due to arrive. Why? Because not everyone can access such information if they are flying from Australia, as was my case.
