Öncelikle merkezi bir konumda. 5 yıldızlı Radisson Blue ile bazı alanları ortak kullanıyorsunuz, Spa, Havuz, restoranlar. Otelin içinde Sharkia diye restoran var. Akdeniz mutfağı. Çok başarılı. Kiraladığım odayı yükselttiler. Balkonlu oda verdiler. Hem de kahvaltı hediye ettiler. Ekstra ücret almadan. Resepsiyondaki Viktor bey çok yardımsever ve işini mükemmel yapıyor.

Ben kırmızı binada kaldım. Halı ve saire lekeli ve eskimiş. Bunun haricinde kusuru yok.

I got a quiet room, as I have requested, and it was just fine.

The access to the Blue Wing , 1st floor, is occupied with racks used by the maintenance staff. It’s not the friendliest welcome view once you exit the elevator.

Расположение отеля отличное- центр. Близко к парламенту, метро, старому городу, автобусная остановка рядом. Завтрак с неплохим набором, но каждый день одно и тоже. Можно немного менять выпечку/запеканки, но этого не делают. Сделали бесплатно апгрейд номера чтобы подходил для взрослых детей. Сам номер очень хорошо продуман- две спальни с двухспальными кроватями, зал и кухонька (из посуды только тарелки и столовые приборы). В комнате чайник, микроволновка, эллектрическая плита и холодильник. Ресторан при входе хороший- немного дорогой, но вкусная еда. В бассейне требуют шапочки, но на ресепшене детям эти шапочки дали.

Расположение номера ужасное- на первом этаже с окнами на парковку и мусорку гостиницы. Но я бы даже за это не особо снизила баллы т.к сам номер хороший, если бы нормально работал кондиционер и не приходилось открывать окна. Кондиционер шумный, ночью отключают (экономят) и работает только вентилятор, а с открытыми окнами спать не возможно т.к ночью и рано утром на парковке и вокруг мусорки шумят. Разговаривала с ресепшином- ничего не поменялось. Подушки ужасные, тонкие. Вообщем сон еще тот.. Халатов не было совсем, тапочки одни на троих, как и чай. При выходе из коридора на лестницу есть дополнительные ступеньки на которых я два раза чуть не упала, а моя дочь упала т.к рисунок ковра в корридоре и на этих ступеньках одинаковый. Очень опасное место. Очень не продуманный вход в отель- нужно тащить чемоданы по ступенькам. Карточки для входа в номер постоянно не работали. Кровать застилали каждый день, а полотенца меняли не всегда. Уборка так себе. В ванной вода плохо уходит. Просили номера рядом с друзьями- получили в разных концах отеля. В зале для завтраков напряженка со столами т.к свободных нет. Из-за этого у нас случился неприятный инцедент с другим посетителем, что мы якобы заняли его стол. Естественно мы этого не знали, но было очень не приятно..

Room was cosy and big. Had all the needed like a tea cofee and even a micro and stove.

The mattress on a bad was awful caused a back pain despite it was new.

Did not appreciate having to pay extra charges at check-in even though nothing was mentioned when I made the reservation. I did not appreciate having housekeeping come into my room and disrupt it even thou there was a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door. The air con was not functioning either, there was no bottled water.

Mi ar fi plăcut ca si living ul apartamentului pe care l am primit printr un upgrade gratuit, sa aibă mocheta. Asta nu e un minus, e doar o chestiune de preferințe.

The bathroom in the room is in good condition, the toilet is broken, the curtain in the bathroom is in bad shape. the blizzard in the room is quite old and shabby. from the parking lot you need to walk halfway across the street to the platoon, there are many steps that you have to climb with a suitcase, and even barely in the rain. for the kind of money the hotel costs, taking into account the separate payment for parking, it was possible to rent a much better hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel, the price and quality do not match

The hotel shared a complex with the Raddison Blu Hotel and the Ginger restaurant is one not to miss, the Sushi is the best I have ever had.

We had our daughter with us age 12, the hotel said they don't have a bed her as children age 12 and under are meant to sleep in the same bed as the 2 adults. They did sort out a bed for her after complaining. IF TAKING A CHILD UNDER 12 WITH YOU, YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK A ROOM FOR 3 ADULTS TO HAVE A BED FOR THEM.

The staff was helpful, the room was clean, the position of the hotel is very good.

Very convenient for families, great location, good restaurants.

We had a problem with the stove which was not fixed the entire stay. It was disappointing.

- Very basic hotel, not very nice corridors or lift areas would expect it be to be nicer for the price paid - access to the pool and gym facilities were good but we were unable to use the pool as you need a swim cap and they didn’t have any for sale - one small pillow each but they did bring some more when requested

The location was great ..

In room number 4802 in the 8th floor, there was a bad smell like sewer. I told the receptionist and the room services but they didn't solve this problem..
