The TV was not working

The apartment is located very close to town centre and Huddersfield university, which is good.

The apartment is just beside the road and therefore, it is extremely noisy. Even when the window is closed, you can hear the loud sound of cars passing by. The bed sheet, pillow cover, and duvet cover were dirty and smelly. I found a massive living spider at the corner of toilet on my second night there. I had to kill the spider with my shoe! The apartment is very small in terms of space and you can hardly move. The free wifi connection was really in poor quality. The walls of the apartment has holes in it, multiple. There was a big tv screen stuck facing the window and I don't know why it was there! The room itself was smelly, specially on my second night there! A bizarre sewage type smell was coming from somewhere! There is no lift in the building! And the stairs are steep! So you have to struggle to carry your luggage to the upper floor. There was nobody in the reception (in fact there is no reception room there!)! So apparently you can't complain to anyone immediately. It is not worthy to spend money for staying there! I will never book this place again and also recommend everyone to avoid it. I sent an email with all these details to the apartment's email address. Still haven't got any response. I assume they don't care.

It wasn’t as clean as it could of been, the sheets looked dirty

the mattress was terrible, really cheap and so uncomfortable.

I like the fact was clean and modern. It was a very central location. It has everything you need.

It was a bit too noisy in the night because the window of the room was on the principal road. Everything else was good.

Good location very convenient.

Wasn't clean, didn't feel the most safe and very noisy. However if your just wanting somewhere cheap to sleep after a night out it would be ok.

Bed was comfortable.

Getting key was a pain, the flat was right above a nightclub and busy main road. v noisy till about 3am. plus people kept coming in main door all night and banging it really loudly
