SOOOO MUCH TO SAY ABOUT THIS PROPERTY! First of all the views are beautiful and if going to Rocky Top Sports Complex for an event this is a perfect traffic free commute! love love love this! We had a large group with lots of kids so we wanted something without glass or fancy decor. We only stayed 2 nights and cooked every meal in this house. the trash having to stay inside was a nuisance but we didn’t mind because we spotted a bear out the back at one point! the yard is big and very nice. the parking is great for multiple cars. they have plenty of silver ware plates, cups, etc even tho we used mostly paper or plastic. Recommend: if cooking in LARGE amounts bring oversized pot and pan- they have a normal house hold set with 1 baking sheet 1 baking pan 2 skillets both small, they have a couple spatulas, noodle strainer, 1 small pot and 1 medium pot etc. bring toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels, air freshener and your own towels & linens. you will want to bring a small thing of laundry soap if you plan to use the washer. the boys loved the hot tub and the back upstairs patio with a porch swing, rocking chairs and other space! it was very nice. I was concerned there were no photos of the bedrooms and the one photo I seen of a bedroom was sketchy but let me assure you that was put to rest the moment I walked in this home. there are 7 complete bedrooms with 6 being King beds with nice matching comforters on all the beds, the 7th PRIVATE room down stairs has a private outdoor entrance and it is the only queen bed in the house. every room had a tv we never turned on and most of them had a small dresser many with nice size closets. the internet, wifi , grill, etc was nice if I owned this place I would get rid of this big box tv in the kitchen it’s scary looking and outdated! the bathrooms need some TLC the showers thank god only for 2 days were the biggest opportunity for this property.

for the price we pay for this amount of space. no complaints just suggestions -get waterproof “bath tub paint” for the upstairs bathroom -clean and treat the rock floor in the downstairs bathrooms -wash or change the shower curtains between guests -GET RID OF THE OLD TV IN THE dining room, you don’t need a TV in there. -upgrade to a big nice microwave that one is TERRIBLE

it was spacious and accommodating for bedrooms and it had a hot tub , pool table and nice yard space

it wasn’t cleaned very well fridge was dirty food was left out from previous occupants there was a Keg left out on the deck which was still half full and I had kids with me during our stay , there was no trash can , no remotes and if you did have a remote there were no batteries , and if you had a remote with batteries the tv would turn on but couldn’t watch anything , door window in basement was broke and tapped together , went to use dryer to dry one pair of shorts and a shirt had to run it through the dry cycle twice just to get dry , the furniture was old and rough looking mold in closet , could be a real nice place if actually updated correctly and was put together a little more nicely looked like some things where finished just enough to make it stay able for a night or 2 but for 2,000 dollars for 2 nights I think it could have been better over all , at the end of day we had fun and enjoyed our time at the house when we were there

many things were broken chess was incomplete pool table didn't have a full set to play many of the TV didn't work right dishes all had to be washed before use the grill was very dirty and the hot tub smelled terrible the hallway bathroom upstairs flooded when showering the beds smelled as well
