We loved our stay in Chattanooga. The property was adorable and had so many little extras. When we visit again I would stay here.

We stayed while we were looking at houses so we were barely there. Weird setup with property owners there. He came over to greet us and show us around the property which I thought was weird. Then it seemed like everytime we left it felt like we were being watched. Just a weird setup. It was a clean house but wouldn’t stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming home with plenty of space and in a great location! Our trip centered around one of our kids soccer tournaments, so we didn't get to enjoy the space as much as we'd hoped, but we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The hosts, Brian and Mona were incredible! I highly recommend this listing!

We had a great time staying here. It was so nice having a few kids toys and art supplies available. Coffee bar also came in handy on a daily basis. Short drive to downtown was very convenient for activities. Would stay here again.

The perfect stay for our family of 5. Legos and games entertained our children, and the spacious kitchen was perfect for prepping meals. The coffee bar was an added bonus!

This is a wonderful place to stay. In fact, it is one of the nicest we have stayed in since I started this yearly tradition. Very cozy, very comfortable. Nice updated look to the interior... definitely a place where you feel like you can let your hair down and relax. And the setting is a big part of that. You are close enough (15 minutes to aquarium, about 20 minutes to Lookout Mtn. attractions) to the fun but far enough away from the traffic and the busy pace of the city to feel like you can unwind and get away from it all. I especially appreciated the very evident efforts the property owners had put in to make the property feel welcoming and well-equipped with luxury amenities. It really was a great place, and the property owners were super responsive and helpful.
But... here's the one big "BUT". The property owners lived on-site. As in, in the same house. They have worked to make it feel like a separate space/area, but it's all under the same roof. This is something I did not realize before booking. And if I understand from the VRBO policy standards, I don't think it's something VRBO says they allow or support.
Some people may not be concerned with this arrangement - how close the owners of the property are. For me - it was a little unnerving. I think it's my understanding the owners are working to finish a place that is next door. When and if that is completed, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to re-book this cozy and beautiful property.

Brian & Mona were absolutely fantastic hosts, and the house was even more wonderful than we were hoping! They have every detail covered, from toys for littles to games & art supplies for all ages. The kitchen is well stocked, and the s’mores supplies were a big hit. They even got a fire started for us on an evening we were home without being asked!

We arrived and there was wet laundry in the dryer. We had to put away the dishes in the dishwasher. We left some snacks closed up, but out on the counter and when we got up the next morning it was infested with ants and we had to throw it all away…all of this I wasn’t going to comment or fuss about, but then we start getting messages and calls about our account not being paid. I have always booked with Vrbo and been done, but apparently this host has it set up that you have to go in and make a second payment. I’ve never had to do that, and it was just out of the ordinary enough that I thought it was a mistake. High fees and odd payment schedule just tipped me over the edge. Not a great experience. We did like the location and convenience to Lee University, but we will find somewhere else on our next trip.

Everyone loved the outdoor areas! Lots of windows, large kitchen. The s'mores bar, coffee bar, arts/crafts, and toys were a big hit! Our host was very kind and helpful. Loved the decorations, books, and all the amenities. We hope to come back soon!

Brian and his wife were amazing hosts to me and my family during our stay. They made sure to say hello but not be intrusive. There were quite a few of us that stayed in their home over the weekend and each of us got to interact with them and all had positive things to say.
The house was clean and contained many different amenities that you just don't get in a rental. Bins of candies, smores bar, coffee bar with no less than 4 different ways to brew your beverage, board games, legos, etc. Check in and check out was a breeze and communication from beginning to end perfect.
We will definitely be staying again in the future as there is far too much to do in Chattanooga than can be one in a long weekend.

The place was nice! Had a lot of amenities most don't have (smore materials, firepit with an option to grill, condiments, syrup (which I forgot to bring!), games, puzzles, awesome coffee area, and more!
The only issue we really had was the bed in the room that shares a wall with the bathroom. It was incredibly uncomfortable for us. We made it 2 nights and by the last night I had to move and my husband stayed. Not sure if it's the box spring or the mattress. Oh... and if you have a low profile vehicle, the driveway would be tricky! We are glad we didn't drive our volt!
Overall though, we really liked it. It met all our needs, was in a nice neighborhood and the host was AMAZING! Calling and texting the perfect time! They were our of town so we didn't get to meet in person, but he was wonderful and kind!

Quick 2 day Trip
Owner met us when we arrived. We had everything we needed. Clean inside, internet access and quiet area. We didn't have time to use the outside fire pit. Great proximity. Less than15-20 minutes to major attractions.

Spring Break
This was the first time staying in a VRBO and it was an awesome experience. Brian and Mona were great hosts and have set the bar high for future stays. They live on the property and were always available to answer questions and were willing to share information regarding the city. The property is exactly as it is in the listing. We would stay there again If we ever head that direction again. I would highly recommend this location.

Never got to come, charged anyway
We realize that the cancellation policy for this property is pretty standard, but it stings that we never set foot on the place (soccer tournament was canceled for rain and we contacted Evolve the minute it was communicated to us) but we were charged the full $700+ fee anyway. Just a bummer.

We wanted a place for our toddlers to be comfortable and close to the sites. This was perfect. Close enough to easily get downtown but a nice house with an outdooor space for our kids and dog. Brian could not of been nicer or more helpful. We had a wonderful time.
