We had a wonderful stay at this great house. The views from the house was amazing. The heated pool, slide and trampoline was a big hit with the kids! The house was spotless, fully equip with all the amenities for a big group to be comfortable. Tim was a great a host, he swiftly responds to our queries and was always available. We would love to have this place as our regular holiday home.

The place was one of the best that I've stayed in. Everyone kept on mentioning how clean the house is, it is well maintained. The house is very spacious and comfortable giving every guest that homey feeling. Tim is also very approachable, I gave him a call about the pool temperature at 8pm and he responded right away. Thank you so much Tim for letting us stay in your lovely home. We are definitely coming back again.

The house was spotless inside. On the outside, the gardens, children's play area, the pool etc were well maintained. Nice quiet neighbourhood - perfect for our retreat.

Had an amaizing stay. Family of 10 including 4 kids 2-6 The kids loved pool slide, trampoline and kids play house. Everything top quality - towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils etc. Everything was provided for a fun family holiday. Coffee shop a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend stay.

Nice place to watch movies and chill out

Excellent getaway choice with ample of space and things to do for the whole family. Great location where Shellharbour shopping centre is just minutes away and getting to Kiama is just a 20 mins drive. Definitely one of the property you would love to return for.

This house has EVERYTHING you could ever need. The pool and waterslide were a hit with the kids, there are multiple entertaining spaces, a wonderful bbq area and an unbelievable view. The house was spotless and fully stocked with kitchen utensils, towels etc. Tim was so accomodating and always responded so quickly to any enquires. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this comfortable property. The pool was fabulous and the view and sunsets each night a real highlight. Everything we needed was available and the cubby house and swing set a huge bonus for the kids! The only improvement I would make would be the addition of a towel rack or hook in the self contained bedrooms ensuite. Other than that I couldn't recommend the house more. Would love to stay again sometime!

Great property, despite the amount of stair-climbing. Great for kids, we could set and forget. The pool was sensational. Only minor negatives were no hot water in kitchen sink, some cockroaches seen, BBQ required cleaning before we could use it. TV would be good in downstairs living area but not essential. Wow wow wow! Absolutely loved every minute staying at this property. From the get go, Tim was super helpful and responsive to all forms of communication. The property was cleaned thoroughly, and all the sheets, towels etc were of high quality. A lot of time and attention to detail has been put into every aspect of the property. Everything is made available for you to use, from the little things to the big ones I.e. sandwich press, coffee machine, condiments, toys, Netflix, wifi, pool toys etc. It’s the perfect property for families with children as there are countless things to do from the comfort of your home; cubby house, trampoline, swimming pool, swing set. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, which was a pleasant surprise. I wished we would have booked our stay for longer, as it was such a greatly thought out property. Highly recommend and I will definitely be making this property a go to at least annually from now on.

Stayed for the weekend with family to celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday home very spacious lovely pool & outdoor bbq area, overall a very nice property.

Absolutely love this place. It was our family and friends getaway during school holiday. The sunset and lake view are stunning. The place is super clean and have everything we need. We have kids age from 2 to 16 yrs old and the house have everything we need, in fact, all of us didnt want to leave at all. The awesome host is super friendly, kind, caring, and very approachable. Will definitely book this place again.

Despite the rain we had a great time. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, property well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable. Great stay.
