Great holiday, home from home in a beautiful villa with beautiful views. 20 minute walk to the Marina every time was breathtaking. We loved our 2 week stay and would definitely recommend the Villa and the Marina. Lisa was very helpful. The Marina had lots of lovely restaurants, the food was great. Would definitely come back. Great villa. On issue we had was no power for 16hrs. But it was delt with pretty quick.

Greta location, perfect for a short family break. Had everything you could need and Lisa was always easily contactable and accommodating

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at villa Katarina. Very comfortable and clean inside and out. British TV if you want it. Pool heated to perfection. Supermarket on the doorstep and a short taxi ride into town or a nice coastal walk in the evening. Loved it so much we have already rebooked for November.

The villa was lovely, everything was there that was needed for our weeks holiday. The location was very good, within walking distance of the Marina. The local supermarket was very handy being so close. We hope to return.

A wonderful villa in a great location and only a 15 minute walk from the Marina along the coast with an excellent choice of restaurants and bars. A very enjoyable, relaxing few days in the sunshine. Communication with Lisa was great.

Spacious property with nice terrace, pool and amenities. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Lisa was very responsive to any communication. We enjoyed our holiday and would rebook this property again

This was a great villa in Playa Blanca. Right from the initial booking, Lisa was a great host and answered everything needed and when we had a couple of issues in the villa, they were resolved within a maximum of 30 minutes, outstanding service. The location of the villa is great, on the other side of the road to 2 supermarkets. Walk left on the main road down to the sea, turn left and you are at centro commercial in 10 mins, turn right and at marina rubicon in 15/20 minutes. The villa itself was very spacious for the 4 of us adults, everything you need is provided inside, all kitchen equipment, bedding etc. Lounge is big with sofas and TV showing all English channels. The internet was great, no issues at all. The outside is very well set-up, with a lovely pool (recommend the heated pool if out of season, was lovely!) and eating area etc. Highly recommend this villa. Cheers Gary

Great Villa everything you need with the supermarket 2 mins from the Villa. The outside space is excellent and the pool was lovely. Great communication from Lisa and would definitely stay again.

The villa was amazing and the location equally as good. Shop across the road was a nice addition Room all very spacious and the villa is very modern , everything you need for a relaxing stay , Lisa was very responsive to messages , we will be visiting again :)

The property was perfect for us and is deceivingly quite large, it had everything we needed for a family holiday and if we go back to Lanzarote we will try to book it again. Rubicon Marina is a pleasant 20 minute walk along the coastal path with lots of restaurants and shops, Playa Blanca is a bit further but worth the walk. If you like beaches the Papagayo beaches are also within walking distance although we took the car most days

My wife and I and our kids had a wonderful stay at Katarina. Superb location - and the Marina (10 minute walk) has a great choice of restaurants, bars, etc. A couple of supermarkets literally across from the Villa has everything you would need. We are hoping to return in 2023 - loved it!

Villa Katarina is situated in walking distance to the Marina of Playa Blanca (not to miss with the Puerto, the port of call of ferries from Fuerteventura), and its variety of restaurants and bars. There is a well-stocked HiperDino supermarket right across the street. The highlight of the villa is its patio and pool (the additional fee for heating is worth the price and highly recommended if travelling in low season, e.g., April). The current interior is worn out, with scuffed sofas, damaged furniture, ceiling lamps with exposed cables, etc. The oven did not work and contained cobwebs! Crockery and cutlery, pots and pans are of low quality. Overall cleanliness was average.

The pool and outdoor area were larger than expected, it felt private and really comfortable, its a good sun trap. The location is great, its a lovely walk to the marina, but quiet where the villa is. We did wonder if having the Spanish and overseas supermarkets so close would mean the road felt busy, but it doesn't and having the Spanish supermarket so close made the stay really relaxing, fresh bread for breakfast each morning and a well stocked butchers selling lovely things for the BBQ. Communication with Lisa was great, overall a great relaxing experience and we hope to return again.

Spacious villa with everything you need. Walkable distance to both the plaza and the marina. Supermarket 100 meters across the road. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this villa.

Villa Katerina is very comfortable, with everything you need for a great stay in Lanzarote. It is in a residential area with a small supermarket close by, but we hired a car which made exploring easier. Well equipped, safe and secure!

The property is in an excellent location across the road from two supermarkets and an easy walk along the promenade to the Marina. The house is extremely well appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lisa was easy to contact and immediately answered any queries we had. The outside was a little smaller than we thought from the pictures but there was ample space for a family to enjoy. It was a pleasant surprise when the property was cleaned, beds changed and new towels provided half way through the stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and will probably return again if we are coming back to Lanzarote in the future.

Notre séjour chez Lisa a été très agréable, La piscine chauffée à été d’un bon agrément au moment du déjeuner entre 2 séances de plage. La Maison est assez bien placée pour accéder aux Magnifiques plages sauvages de Papagayo. La maison est très bien équipée et Lisa toujours prête à nous aider. Bref on vous recommande chaleureusement la Maison de Lisa!!!
