We enjoyed our lengthy stay at this, three-bedroom home away from home, just a few miles away from Rhode Island Hospital. We had everything we needed to cook, homemade meals. While we could hear the pitter patter of children’s feet above us at times, all was quiet during sleeping times. All beds do need new mattresses and box spring. That is our only suggestion; everything else was wonderful!

This host is doing everything right. The place was immaculately clean and well-stocked with all the necessities. The check-in and check-out were seamless. When we first arrived at the property, the lights were on, the temperature was comfortable, everything was perfect. The host was very cordial and straightforward to deal with. A+ rating.

Nice place but parking is a little challenging

This apartment was perfect for our weekend trip. It was a nice touch to walk in and see a welcome sign after a 12 hour drive from VA. The location is easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. The space was exceptionally clean and well stocked. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was clean and cozy and full of fun extras like board games in the basement. We were busy around Providence and Newport, so I didn't get to cook very much, but the kitchen was very well appointed. Hopefully we'll get the chance to come back!

I came from Seattle to celebrate my Dad’s 95th birthday! This apartment was a perfect home base for me and siblings to coordinate all of the weekend’s festivities taking place at my parents retirement home just 4 minutes away. Safe and well lit outside, very clean and well stocked inside, with personal touches, like welcome notes and chocolate! I would definitely return.

This was a cozy little spot for a night out in Providence! Very nice kitchen and living areas, as well as comfortable bedrooms made for a great night out. Thank you Graham!

I can't say enough good things about staying at Graham's property. We reserved the apartment for a girls weekend over the 4th of July and had a blast! We were walking distance to great shopping and restaurants on Hope St., and either a quick drive or Lyft into downtown Providence. the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet for a holiday weekend, which was a definite positive! There was plenty of storage in the kitchen, and everything was very easy to find. Graham was very responsive to any questions we had both before and after check-in. The driveway access to the parking area is a bit narrow, just a word of caution if you have a larger truck or SUV, it's a tight squeeze! There was ample on-street parking, however. All-in-all, if I could give more stars I would!
