The apartment in the Samish neighborhood is fantastic! Located among nice homes, near Highway 5, shopping, restaurants and parks. This two bedroom one bathroom is tastefully decorated and has games to play, ROKU, a basketball and pickleball court. Owners quick to respond to questions.

This was a great spot for my husband, baby, and me to stay while in town for a wedding. We were graciously allowed to check in early to accommodate our baby’s napping needs and the place was clean, welcoming, and just what we needed. We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed in this property for 2 nights. Check-in was easy and the private entrance is separate from that of the upstairs main house. Everything was very clean with nice decor. There are pamphlets, maps and books about the area. We appreciated the washer and dryer as well as the small kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice dining area complete the space. We did not use the outdoor sport court but it looked fun. The owners have created and maintain a very nice rental. There is some noise transfer from the upstairs to the apartment but it was very quiet overnight and in the mornings.

My sisters and I were in Bellingham to participate in my nieces wedding. The location of this accommodation was perfect. We could escape to the front terrace of the apartment at the end of the day and rest and restore for the next activity. Stephanie provided a well stocked and very pleasant getaway. The road to the house was very steep and the walk to the door awkward for unpacking and roller suitcases. For elders it was a bit challenging. Other wise we loved the place and our weekend in Bellingham.

Stephanie and Jim’s spot is the perfect getaway. Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood, and the unit itself was so cute, clean, with every detail thought of. Gracious hosts, and super attentive and thoughtful. We will be back!

This basement apartment is spacious, quiet, comfortable and very well appointed. The common room had comfy sofas and a nice table for working or playing games (many board/card games are provided). The two bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and had good closet and dresser space. The bathroom was pleasant and included a washer/dryer unit. The kitchenette had a couple different coffee makers, a nice sink, a fridge, microwave and a few other useful appliances. The back yard had a pickleball/basketball court and a lovely garden.
Jennifer made it easy to check in and made sure lights were on for our late arrival. Everything was nicely labeled and she provided lots of great information and guides for exploring the area.

I am an 85-year-old woman, with bad knees, traveling alone. The hosts were absolutely incredible! They watched out for me and made sure I was safe and comfortable. They treated me like I was their beloved grandmother. Wonderful people!
The apartment was lovely and beautifully appointed. The setting was very nice – woodsy and quiet.
The checking-in process was difficult for me, only due to my lack of technological skills.
I highly recommend this charming 2 bedroom Vrbo to anyone! I would definitely stay there again, when visiting Bellingham.

5+ star rating! From booking, the communication, kindness and quietness of the location, our weekend in Bellingham was wonderful. The location is so close to WWU (5minutes), and is set in a tranquil residential neighborhood. Close to shopping, restaurants and I-5. Clear communication and the owner was always prompt getting back to me.
The two bedroom space has everything that you might need! From coffee, to Advil. We loved the living room that had a warm gas stove that kept our place cozy. We had a great time making memories together!
We highly recommend this this owner and place for a girls/parents/family weekend.

Came to run a beautifully difficult race. This place did an amazing job at paying attention to all the small details such as providing shampoo, phone chargers, coffee and cream, fridge, bathroom poo-pourri, sandwich baggies, etc. that help make a trip extra relaxing.

I did not personally stay at this property. Our crew members did. But I was in constant contact with the property owner, and she was so nice. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

I booked this place for a couple of our guys that were working out of town. The host could not have been any nicer. I kept her updated on my guys work schedule since they were going to be working a 2pm to 11pm shift. I wanted to be sure that they were not being disruptive. She was very nice and let me know that the guys were not a problem at all. We will be doing more work up in that area and I will definitely book with them again!

Stephanie was great to communicate with. She had all the right pieces identified with instructions for use. The decor was beautiful. Necessities were as one would hope for at home. She’s thought of everything! I’m a frequent traveler and for the first time had forgotten my toothbrush. Her preparedness saved the day! She even supplied the unit with a yoga mat - thanks for the reminder.
The photos do not do the property justice. The decor was beautiful. Very cozy, quiet, and as a solo woman traveler - felt very safe.
The fireplace was a treat. Add the glass of wine under the glowy lights of the covered patio and enjoy the “retreat” feel of the property. Highly recommend!

Cozy, comfortable 2 bdrm unit attached to a home. Was very quiet and clean. The gas fireplace made it very comfortable if it was chilly. Very comfortable beds too! Hope to stay there again. Only surprise is that there is not a full kitchen. There is not a stove or oven. The host was quick to respond and very pleasant !

This is a wonderful unit in a great section of Bellingham.
Beautiful, clean, comfortable and Stephanie has it extremely well appointed. We would definitely stay there again.
The family lives above and you could hear some living noises but nothing loud or disturbing.
If you have mobility issues, check with Stephanie first (awkward walk thru yard, high bed, low toilet/no bars)

The space was perfect for my sister and I-we had our own bedrooms and a cozy living space! We loved the neighborhood and felt like everything we wanted to do was within a 10 minute drive. Our host was wonderful and accommodating! The apartment was very clean, comfortable beds, with a great little kitchenette. Look forward to our next visit!

Perfect location for dropping off our kiddo at WWU. Stephanie's place is cozy, clean and seriously the most well-stocked rental I've ever been in - she's thought of EVERYTHING you may need! Even though it's below their home, it still felt private. For those renters with extreme scent sensitivities, there was a pretty strong (but nice) smell when we arrived, but we were able to use fans and open the door to dissipate it a bit (I'm one of those with sensitivities, and didn't think to let the host know prior - my bad). Overall, would absolutely stay here again!

Stephanie's apartment was perfect for my wife and me. It was cozy without feeling small or cramped. It was amazingly clean and comfortable. The apartment had everything a renter may need. Stephanie was very quick to respond to texts but was not intrusive on our stay. A definite 5-star location!

This apartment is in a good location for getting around Bellingham. The beds are comfortable; there is plenty of space and outdoor seating. The unit was very clean. Stephanie was accommodating. We would be happy to stay there again.

Stephanie's VRBO was a really nice experience! It is a hop, skip and jump from downtown Bellingham. The accommodations were well thought out-- she really has thought of everything! We even borrowed a small lunch box to go on a picnic one of the days. Check-in was easy and the place was spotless! Much appreciation for this wonderful, relaxing stay.
