We enjoyed our stay at the Square House. The location was convenient to get to Grand Lake, Granby and the lakes and hikes in that area. The house had more than enough space for our group of 6. We enjoyed spending time on the decks enjoying the views and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The house was great. The estimated location on VRBO is EXTREMELY MISLEADING. Please check the address after booking as it shows this house downtown Grand Lake. I had booked two different properties meant to be in walking distance of each other. This property was 10-15 min drive from downtown. It changed the whole dynamic of the weekend, we were meant to have meals together etc.

My wife, 2 of our children with their spouses, 6 of our grandchildren and I spent 5 great days at the square house. The house has just about everything you need and amazing. It has amazing views and is a short drive to the town of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. I recommend the Square House enthusiastically.

This home has beautiful partial views of the lake and mountains. You are only about 15 minutes outside of entering the Rocky Mountain Park. The home was great for our group (3 separate families). Be aware there is no ac.

We stayed at this house with extended family for a graduation celebration and had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our group of 10 and the location was great from views to distance to hiking and town.

Our stay up at the Square house was absolutely amazing! House was very clean with everything you need between games, cooking items and gorgeous views (front and back). During our week we took advantage of using our Ikon passes to ski Winter Park and getting to explore the Granby area. House was less than a 5 minute drive to a great local bar with awesome food. We also had some local visitors most days seeing moose just outside the house! Highly recommend this beautiful and pet friendly stay.

The Square House was the perfect place for our all girls getaway! We planned a weekend without the husbands and babies and were in full relaxation mode! The space and little touches throughout the home made our stay seamless. Perfect space for a family to gather to play games, cuddle up and watch movies and enjoy the beautiful lake/ mountain views. Looking forward to coming back!

The Square House was a great home away from home for our family. Everything was ready for a 3 night stay in Grand Lake. Hot tub was hot and very relaxing. The whole home we very comfortable and easy to kick back and relax. They even had a Christmas tree which helped with our pre-holiday trip. We will absolutely be booking this home again for summer and winter trips in the future. Thank you!

We loved the view of Lake Granby out the front window and views of the mountains out the back! Everything was brand new and comfortable. We will definitely book it again for another relaxing weekend!

Everything was perfect. Spotless, any questions we had were answered within 30 minutes or less. Hot tub needed more water. Maintenance came less than an hour. Beautiful views!! Highly recommend.

2 Major issues were ignored that made it difficult to sleep in the house. Only 10 of the 14 beds had blankets. We did not receive enough blankets until our 3rd night! Our final night, the main sewer line overflowed out of the closet into the carpet, and we could not use the toilets at all. Vacasa did not send a plumber until after we left the next day! Vacasa is so big, they do not communicate well with each other to get problems taken care of,

This house is absolutely gorgeous. I felt so at home. I had everything that we could possibly need for our home away from home. I enjoyed using the Jacuzzi daily, the mountain views, the beautiful weather, and it was really hard to leave. I hope to come back soon.

This home was perfectly situated between Grand Lake and Granby. It had everything we needed for a weekend away, and was very comfortable for our party of 8.

We appreciated the layout, porches and dining areas with our group of 2 families, 10 people, including 6 kiddos 4-10.

Our family had a great experience at Square House in Grand Lake, Colorado. The house was very clean when we arrived. The notes around the house were very helpful in orienting us and explaining expectations. We greatly enjoyed the views of the lake and mountains. The front and back decks provided a perfect place for visiting and family games. I particularly liked the quick addition of dog bowls abd bed at the last minute. About the only problem we had was that the microwave doesn't work. It turns and the timer works but there is no heat. Also, the water pressure in the kitchen is very low and sometimes almost stops. But we would definitely return and recommend this property to others!

This newer house fit our family for our vacation beautifully – including our dog! There is a lot of attention to detail on the extra amenities that were provided like everything you would need for a baby or toddler. Not only do the little details matter, but the house itself is beautiful.

We loved our stay at the Square House! Very spacious with plenty of room for our two families to spread out but the great room was perfect when we all wanted to gather and hang out. The best part is the big outdoor deck. We never wanted to leave the couch overlooking the lake and mountains, except to take a dip in the hot tub. We cannot wait to come back!

We saw Moose from the deck, the stars from the hot tub and enjoyed all the Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain Park experiences. The kitchen was stocked, and lots of towels. Looking forward to going back.

This home is new and has absolutely everything you need. It is spacious. Has two large decks with fantastic views. Everything is new and in great shape. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Convenient location to town and lake and the national park.

We had a blast in grand lake. The view was so beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. We had small kids and the baby amenities were on point. Will def come again

Whole house was perfect. It was the perfect experience of a mountain home and we loved our stay here. Definitely would recommend and go back to this location.

The house was great and very warm and cozy. Everything was well stocked and brand new and the scenery was amazing. The house is heated with radiant heat so the heated floors were very nice when walking around barefoot.
