Great property. Not far from everything down town but also just far enough to be away from the noise and street traffic.

Beds were not very comfortable. For the price I paid the room was pretty small.

The location is great, easy access to the town, close to a couple of lakes and entry of National Park. It is clean, spacious, and staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff were beyond amazing and courteous. The amenities were outdated, and the sound proofing above us wasn't the best as we could hear the kids above us trampling for hours. The A/C unit kept shutting off during the nighttime, but thankfully it was cool enough to leave the window ajar all night. The breakfast was a quick grab and go with things like bagels, toast, hard-boiled eggs and pop tarts. The free rental of DVDs and board games was a genius idea while on vacation. Having smores and popcorn at the front lobby was another really great idea for guests. Having an indoor pool was awesome bc swimming wasn't affected by the weather.

Update the A/C units, get shower curating that cover the full length of the shower railing, and sound proof the flooring of the floors above ground level.

Love the location, the amenities and the staff. Want to come back and get the chalet with our friends next time.

Couldn't turn the light outside our door off at night, so it was too bright too sleep deeply and spoiled the night sky when standing on the balcony. If they made them dim down or give us the ability to turn them off it would be wonderful.

I loved this hotel! It was so fun to arrive to s’mores out on the deck with a real fire pit! They also had a cute electric s’mores maker inside. The room was really cute and comfortable and they had a huge whirlpool outdoors and an indoor pool. The location was great! It was close to restaurants and to the Rocky Mountain National Park! The staff was amazing! They were both super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was simple but perfect for our needs and they had snack for in between. They also had a large collection of games that you could take with you to your room. This was a great little gem that we will return to next time we want to hike!

Clean, comfortable, cozy accommodations. It’s the perfect little getaway inn. The hot tub and facilities exceeded expectations. Overall, great value. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely book again.

it was very nice and the room was big.

Some people were walking around yelling at 4am, some others in the room next door were smoking marihuana, and others didn’t respect the quiet time after 10. And the “breakfast” was just continental breakfast, not a hot breakfast.

The rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff is top notch !!

The hot tub wasn't ready the 2nd night of our stay. That was disappointing but the staff was right on top of it as soon as we made them aware.
