The room was spacious and had great amenities. It was a clean room. Everything worked. Great location to town. Check-in staffer was very nice.

The room has some obvious wear and tear that needs fixing. Wall paper pulling off the wall and floor board damage near the front door. Outside windows were dirty. High-priced. Low quality breakfast. Just pastries mostly. Great if you are a carbohydrate eater. For $650 for 2 nights, I expected better. Check out staffer not very friendly and did not ask how our stay was. I did not realize the pool would be empty - other hotels still had their pools going.

Room and pool

There was no area to securely store our bags. But we couldn't take them on the next day hike. Guy at reception said we could leave them at the reception but he wouldn't give any guarantees they would be safe. And we had to leave them where there was no security camera. It's like he tried to make us uncomfortable about it. Made us quite uneasy and took away from an otherwise nice stay.
