Never even thought about the tv. We snuggled on the couch, read books, played chess, gave each other showers, cooked and just plain relaxed. It was exactly what we needed and wanted from this stay. The location was great ; just outside of Nashville and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of it. It was amazing waking up in the super cozy bed with the natural sunlight coming through the windows. We will be back - no question.

The cabin is perfect in every way. Clean, beautiful and everything you need and more! Its location is amazing off the road and private and yet just 30 minutes from Nashville. it does not disappoint this was our 2nd trip staying there and it will be a place we revisit at least twice a year as it is perfect.

Beautiful, awesome, cozy, welcoming and even better than the pictures in the listing. Quiet and just a wonderful place to call home for a couple of days. Everything that we needed to be able to cook our own breakfast for a couple of mornings. Comfy bed too! Staying here felt like we were worlds away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville. We will be back!!

Came here for our honeymoon and it was great! Loved all the little details that went into this cabin. Owners were absolutely wonderful! We will definitely be coming back and bringing our friends to stay! Hands down the best cabin we have ever stayed at!!!! Now if I can convince my husband to get me one of those bathtubs!!!

The June Bug Cabin was excellent for my wife and I. The history with John and June Cash tied to this property was intriguing. The owner/host was super helpful and everything was as advertised. The pictures of this cabin pale in comparison to how beautiful it is in person. From the moment you walk in you feel so welcome and comfortable. We got to watch deer in the small field by the house at night and soaked in all the peaceful relaxing vibes this cabin has to offer.

What an incredible cabin 30 min north of Nashville! We loved our stay and the cabin is as advertised. Joy is an incredible host and has such great hospitality, even through her communication. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We loved our time at June bug cabin! we were celebrating 22 years of marriage. This cabin was one of the best we have stayed at as it was peaceful and decorated with so much attention to detail. A funny thing did happen, in an attemp to disconnect we went outside to enjoy coffee and the rocking chairs and locked ourselves out with no phones, no keys , and no shoes. lol. A very kind neighbor named Kevin let me interupt his mowing to let this sock footed stranger use his phone.

We enjoyed the slow pace and quiet off the beaten path of this cabin. The pictures do not prepare you for how cozy and peaceful it is. The kitchen has everything you need, and the Livingroom is super cozy!

This place is AMAZING! Pictures don’t do it justice it’s better than we ever imagined - if you get the chance this stay is remarkable!

I read the past reviews beforehand & totally agree this has been beautifully renovated & decorated. We felt very welcomed & comfortable. It was a great place to escape & relax, yet it was close to several places we wanted to visit in addition to Kentucky Downs.

Beautiful area. Cabin had up to date appliance and everything was well maintained and clean. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful with answering questions and any communication needed.

This VRBO was super relaxing, private getaway and short distance from Nashville. Very rustic feel but still has modern comforts. Our hosts were very good at communication and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. My wife and I had a very nice time. I highly recommend this cabin and look forward to coming back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this vacation home. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and everything was updated and clean. Would highly recommend staying here for a vacation that’s a short drive to Nashville but very quiet

The cabin was beyond beautiful. So special with the attention to detail. Both my boyfriend and I loved the history of the place and how quiet it was. Close proximity to attractions without the traffic and hubbub. Great communication with Joy. We’ve already started talking about when we’ll be able to visit again. A must stay!

Not too far from Nashville, and what a lovely area! Host is awesome and has the cabin so beautifully decorated...and has all the modern conveniences. Would go back in a heartbeat! The most Absolute Beautiful cabin we have ever stayed in. Super cute and rustic and the history was the cherry on the top!! The hosts are Absolutely Amazing with quick response and super friendly with lots of info about the town. A Must Stay if visiting the area. The area is really nice and we felt really safe!!

This Cabin was so amazing, the pictures do not do it justice! Absolutely Breathtaking! Well taken care of and maintained, cute and cozy, and the view is amazing! By far the best little country get away I've ever had! Property manager is very caring, and takes care of the customers very well, will definitely be staying here again at some point in the near future!

This is one of my first vacations that I have planned on my own and I am typically pretty skeptical of places the first time I stay in them but this place exceeded all my expectations. As soon as I walked in, all my initial fears about the cabin not being what I expected were gone. It was a perfect place to stay for 2, was very clean, and was overall beautiful. Figuring out which driveway to go up when we arrived was the only challenge we had the entire time :) It was close enough to downtown Nashville and other major locations around Nashville that made it super convenient! If I come back to this area I will definitely be staying again!

We had a wonderful time staying at the cozy cabin. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed playing board games while sitting by the fire. We will for sure stay here again.
