We had a group of colleagues from out of town visit, they had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake house. The host, Steve was extremely accommodating and very responsive to my inquiries. Thank you for opening your home to our group.

Enjoyed our stay, the s'mores welcome was a nice touch. We loved the well-stocked kitchen and waffle maker. The hot tub was nice after our intense family foosball and corn hole tournaments! Plenty of towels and linens; washer and dryer on upstairs and main floor was handy. We had two elderly, mobility limited, family members with us and the ADA toilets were nice (although no grab bars in showers). We 'broke in' daughter's new paddle boards on the pond. It was a fun week.

This was the second time we stayed here, there was plenty of space, the home is beautiful and very clean. Steve was very easy to work with and communication was great. We would stay here again!

Accommodations are good for 14 or 15 people. We had 23 (the advertising said the home could accommodate over 30) and 23 was stretching it. We enjoyed the back yard and fire and jacuzzi. The lake was unusable for boating: might be at other times of the year. Felt secluded and safe. Great for family photos.

We had a large family gathering at the property. It was for our daughter’s graduation. We thought the house was great. Two added things for the great hot tub in the back and also the lake in the back where we could come over. Finally, we really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit.

This was an amazing facility for our large family gathering. There were large gathering areas for everyone to be together but also various secluded areas in which individuals could escape for a little down time. The hot tub was a huge hit for our teens and young adults. The house was well stocked and beautifully decorated and maintained. Thank you for a memorable Christmas!

Steve was a communicative host who answered all of our questions about the property. We had a wheelchair user in our group and Steve was able to let us know about accessibility and helped us set up a wheelchair ramp. The house was spacious and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway!

We had 9 adults staying at the property. The house was very clean with many items that made our stay so comfortable from, items for smore making items to hdmi cables to hook out laptop to the television so that we could share our screen. It was the perfect place for us! We are planning to come back next year!

Impressive home. Beautifully decorated/staged. Very clean and comfortable. Every amenity available. Even a waffle maker! Nice touch of a s'mores and popcorn bowl waiting for us. Unfortunately we didnt have time for a bonfire. Hot tub was wonderful for us old folks after wedding dancing all night! Our grandson was very excited about canoeing with grandpa. Would stay again in this home in a heartbeat! Thank you!

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful setting that accommodated our group of 25 nicely. We had a professional photographer take family pictures and the settings in the yard and by the water were stunning. We had some issues with the hot tub and the owner worked exceptionally hard to resolve it.

What a great property for our family gathering! Although there are typical subdivisions nearby, this property is secluded amongst trees and down a long driveway so privacy is optimal. Plenty of room for several cars. Hot tub, fire pit, deck, large kitchen/family room areas for hanging out and having fun. Appliances all work fine, kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook and serve (except the food, although some staples were in the pantry.) Bedrooms on every level so lots of choices. TVs in every room.

This house is definitely set up for big parties. The house is very spacious with many nooks and crannies for different pockets of people to hang out. Very relaxing.

Family reunion weekend
We had a family reunion with 36 people. Steve was very responsive when we had questions. It's a beautiful house on a nice lakefront property. There was a bedroom on the main level which was perfect for my 85 year old mother. The only issue was having to keep track of who was going to be there when since not everyone stayed the night or came each day . We didn't have firm schedules from everyone until the last minute.

Family Celebration
We celebrated our parent's anniversary on Lake Frankes. It was perfect! The house was spacious - we had space for gathering as well as plenty of privacy. We used the firepit, kayaks and canoes. We had everything we needed. We cooked all our meals. The kitchen was awesome - cooking and serving dishes and equipment all ready for us. Thank you!

Perfect girls weekend
I plan a girls get away every year for a group of medical professionals. This year we had 12 and needed a LARGE space capable of giving 12 ladies their own bed, an outdoor hot tub and a nice kitchen. This house was PERFECT. It is just as beautiful as the pictures and has everything you will need. We brought our own groceries but the house was outfitted with every kitchen item you could want and plenty of towels.
It was a lovely weekend. I'm sorry we didn't get a chance to enjoy the fire pit. Next time!

Worth It!
The house was perfect for our off site work function. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own and enough room for us all to function comfortably. Big kitchen that allowed us to cook as a group and have a nice dinner in.

Great property, location and service!
This property is an amazing one for large groups. We had 16 in our group and it was very spacious and comfortable. The property was clean and well stocked with everything you could think of - even wood for a fire and smores supplies! We were close to the hot spots and near the highway - but yet secluded. Steve was very responsive and helpful too! Thanks for everything!

Great House! Will Stay Again.
Description and pictures of the property were accurate. House was huge with more than enough room for 9 people. Wifi was blazing fast, Steve was fantastic to deal with and was a great help accommodating our needs, the (long) driveway was promptly cleaned during the snowstorm , and the hot tub held 8. Will definitely stay again, and recommend to all.
