I did not expect this property to be as nice and updated as it was, but I was pleasantly surprised. The one thing that would have made the stay perfect was having some healthier options for breakfast.

Rooms looked clean but after looking close we noticed the blankets and bedspread had semen stains. The breakfast was frozen pastry and frozen eggo waffles. The coffee should have been called coffee water

Dirty room. Broken toilet seat. Broken microwave. We found bugs when we arrived and told them about it. Never handled it. We took care of it for them. 3 days later more bugs. There was lice and bed bugs all in the bed. We tried to confront them about it about also getting refunded and moving to another room but they kicked us to the curb. I called Health Department and they cited them! THIS PLACE IS NOTHING BUT GARBAGE. SURPRISED THEY ARE STILL OPEN.

The guy at the front desk when we checked in was not at all too friendly. When we got into our room there was a deflated ballon hanging from the sprinkler head, stickers on the headboard of the bed and on the wall. The cabinets were not wiped down, looked like someone had spilt on the counter and it ran down the cabinets.

This is an older property but we were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful job that had been done on renovation of the rooms.

King with a kitchenette for very reasonable price

The hotel room was big and had a kitchenette so that was a plus. But overall the hotel smelled badly. The bathroom was dirty. The shower had a bunch of hair from other people on the walls and tile floor. The grout on the shower floor had that gross orange stuff that would come off if the floor was actually cleaned. The sink was dirty. Because of the way the bathroom was I was afraid to sleep on the sheets or use the blankets. The TV didn't work correctly and it was attached to the wall but pointing to the ground and it couldn't be adjusted. There wasn't a phone or coffee maker in the room The continental breakfast was a Joke. They served bread, tiny bagels and frozen waffles. There wasn't any of the normal things at a continental breakfast like Fruit, or dry cereal or hard boiled eggs or even scrambled eggs. And no meat of any sort. The room price was cheaper than other hotels but regardless, you should still be able to have a clean room for $100 a night

Sometimes the TV doesn’t work it’ll be TV on with no sound but other than that very nice room for the most part

None of the lamps were plugged in to sockets. Two lamps did not work, I suspect the bulbs were out. Otherwise staff were attentive, did not expect room cleaning. Missed a more selective breakfast. Would choose other accommodations if they had been available.

TV/remote didnt work. Hair all over shower. Not very clean.

The place was great for what we needed. Big room two big beds.. and the kitchen. Price was great too!!!

There is no hot water, front deck said will have hot water back soon, the fact we forced ourselves taking cold shower. What is the hotel???? No hot water ????

The place was clean. What I didn't like about this place was that I had to give $100 cash deposit. I don't carry cash with me except $20 for emergency. Luckily there was a bank next door with an ATM. Also there was no hot water in the morning. The front desk told me that they were trying to fix the problem. I still recommend this hotel.

Avoid this Hotel if possible, they wanted to charge $15 to check me in at 2:15. They demand a $100 cash deposit which was inconvenient because I had no cash and had to drive to an ATM. The walls are thin and the next room was making alot of noise as well as kids running up and down the halls. Not a good place to stay if one has an early flight and needs rest.

Clean, great for the price.

It was clean and good for a quick one-night stay. The breakfast was very minimal, so we had to find breakfast elsewhere, but overall wasn't bad for price.

The property was very well kept and nice looking inside and out. At night it was lit up beautifully and safely. Our room and hallway area was excellent clean. Our bedding was fresh and the bathroom was spotless. I believe my " eyes and nose" and I don't believe people who are paid to leave negative reviews. Our bottom line is we would stay there again next time through West St Paul. Ps breakfast was coffee and juices and not much more, and that's ok w us.

Workers are very nice and polite, clean place but for breakfast there’s no options only bread and jelly that’s it.

The blankets clearly had not really been washed, there was residue on them. The room was dirty, there was stuff on the table.
