Awesome! View when you walk through the front door is spectacular. Beautiful property. House is very spacious and comfortable. Decor is very nice and there is plenty of things to do around the house. Plenty of room for a large group. Would like to come back in the summer and enjoy activities related to the lake there. Owners of property communicated very well with us and were very appreciative of us choosing their property for our vacation. Highly recommend this property for a Branson vacation.

Our family of 6 adults (60 and under) and 4 children (4 and under) stayed 6 nights at Gobblers Mountain in November. It was FANTASTIC! Nobody cared if we went into the city of Branson, there was so much to do at the house. The kids asked every day to go to the playground, ride scooters, play in the bus. The adults wanted to play pickle ball during the day and board games at night. The toys and games entertained everyone! The house was very clean, spacious, and to our excitement decorated for Christmas! It had everything we needed and more. We sat on the back deck and ate several times and watched the sun set every night but one. The yard was well manicured and beautiful. The owner responded quickly to my emails and was extremely pleasant to ‘talk’ to. We've stayed at several vacation homes over the past 10 years and this one beats them all. We all want to go back soon! Thank you for letting us stay and play at your home!

House is up to date and clean, the setup with the decks and pool/hot tub works well. About 40 minutes to all amenities on scenic roads. Great space for kids in the garage and open space for them to run around....

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Family vacation with 4 little ones and 8 adults and our every comfort was accommodated. The house itself is gorgeous, but the fringe amenities really put the icing on the cake. Pool toys, ping pong, cornhole, darts, basketball, board games, THE GAME GARAGE… rain or shine, you really have no reason to go anywhere. Every kind of dish to stay in for dinner and drinks, coffee options, and there’s even community spices for cooking. Everything is very helpfully labeled - instructions for how to operate the showers, which switch turns on what, how to adjust the thermostat. The property is fairly sizable and feels very private, while not secluded or remote. The view of the lake is absurd and that wasn’t even in our “top 3 favorite things” about this place. We did several touristy things in Branson, and our drive was consistently 15-20 minutes. The house was safe and clean, several of our party commented on the comfortable beds. Our next trip to Branson we will be seeking out this house without a doubt, hope it’s not already booked!

we spent the week with our three adult children and their families to celebrate our upcoming 50th wedding anniversary. Our party included 8 adults and four boys ages 7, 8, 9 & 10. With the swimming pool, hot tub, and all the games there was plenty to keep them entertained. The house is amazing with a fantastic view of the lake and plenty of room for all of us. The first comment I heard when we entered the house was, "this place is way better than the pictures!" We asked the four boys for a rating as we were packing up to leave and they unanimously gave it 5 stars. It was a great week that we will remember for many years to come.

We loved the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures are exactly what you get - it's gorgeous. We had some minor problems with the property and the owners were quick to respond. We were 3 families, each with 2 kids. Tons to do even if we never left the property.

We stayed on 4th of July weekend and it was absolutely amazing! The house had everything we needed and more! It couldn’t have been more perfect for our big family stay! Not to mention the view of the lake is breathtaking and we had the best seat in the house to some really great fireworks all weekend long!

Everything was just beautiful! The view from the huge deck was spectacular. The house was spacious and could accommodate our family very easily. We spent many hours in the pool and hot tub and even took advantage of the kayaks. The owners were very kind and easy to communicate with. This property is everything it promises and more!

We spent four days at this property and never got bored! We love the huge open living area and the extensive back porch (the view is gorgeous … we spent every morning out there!). We could all be together but were never crowded. The owners are wonderful; very helpful and friendly (we couldn’t get the lights working down near the fire pit and they were in town tending to another property and made a special stop to get them going for us!). Our children loved the loft and bunk room, the private pool, game room, pool table, darts, porch Jenga, and so much more! The accommodations were truly luxurious. We had an amazing time and are already discussing when we can come back next year.

I could go on and on and on about how absolutely EVERYTHING about this house and our stay was EXCEPTIONAL!!! 500 star rating would be more appropriate! The house is INCREDIBLE, the view is GORGEOUS, and every amenity is first class. From the furnishings to the towels, the bath products, the glorious kitchen, decor, and even the beautifully landscaped yard, this house and EVERYTHING about it is a dream! The game room, toys, and big screen tv's inside and on the deck kept the kids happy and entertained as well as the basketball court and large yard and driveway, which kept the adults happy as well. We truly had the very best stay and experience and we are already planning our return and making this house and annual stay. And to top it off the CUSTOMER SERVICE and care from our host is by far the best we've ever experienced. Very kind and attentive people that went ABOVE and FAR BEYOND to accommodate us when we asked on our last day to spend an extra day. All vacations are hard to leave but if we could we would have stayed forever. I really can not recommend this place anymore and we can not wait to return! THE ABSOLUTE BEST STAY EVER!!!

This was one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. Upon arrival our friends were walking around and admiring the view and space (love the fire pit outside and particularly the deck). There was a lot to do in the Brandin area but we were completely content to just stay on the property and enjoy the views. Thank you!

All I can say is WOW! This place was just what we were looking for when we wanted a long Easter holiday! Peaceful...comfortable...inviting... this place has something for everyone! You will not be disappointed with your time spent here...we didn’t leave for 4 days and still didn’t do everything! We will be back!

This house was amazing and the owners went above and beyond to make our stay special. Excellent communication. And many extra touches. We stayed here with another family and we all had a blast. Between the pool, hot tub, game room, hiking, the pond and all the other amenities, the kids said this was one of their best vacations (and we travel to Mexico, Jamaica, Bahamas, etc). The house is beautiful - even better than the pictures. The view is breathtaking. It’s extremely clean...even for my high standards. This house is great for families but I could also see a nice relaxing girls trip. Branson has a lot to do, but you can easily just stay in this house and never get bored. I have not one complaint or suggestion for this house. It was a truly outstanding stay and we will be back.

Really tall ceilings so we could not do it ourselves. TV remotes were also hard to find. Nice kitchen and great bathrooms. Thanks for letting us stay with you.

Pulling up to the house, it is even more beautiful than the photos! The inside is immaculately clean and the view is breathtaking. The hot tub and pool were clean, although the pool get a little warm in the afternoon (it's an above ground pool). So much privacy and room for little ones to run around inside and outside. Fully stocked kitchen-- really had everything we needed including condiments that we may have forgotten (I'm assuming from previous guests). There is no access on the property to the lake that we could see, but the boat ramp is about a 15 minute drive and is $5/day and public swimming beach/park is about 20 minutes away. You feel like you're in your own little world but Wal-Mart is a 10 minute drive. A few things to note that I think the owners can remedy, so I'm not sure I would let it strongly affect your choice to book this beautiful place. But these are the reasons why I would give it 4.5 starts if it were an option: 1) The dumpster is too close to the pool. There's plenty of room to move it further away. We got wafts of gross smells from the trash from previous guests from the dumpster while we were in the pool. 2) There was a wasp problem on the pool deck. While they didn't really bother us or the kids luckily, I think there's a wasp nest around that needs to be sprayed/found/taken care of. 3) There is no way to lock the front door from the inside. While it locks from the outside and you have the keypad, the door is very easy to open for small children and unsafe-- a 2-year-old opened it easily. Hope this review is helpful! The issues above were quite minor in comparing the joy and beauty of the house and view!

This was by far the best vacation we have ever taken! Upon arriving and entering the home, I was completely blown away. The view is AMAZING!!!! We only left the property two of the five days we spent there. 13 of us stayed in the home, and there was plenty of room for everyone. I cooked 5 out of 6 nights in that wonderful kitchen, and felt completely at home. I can’t say enough good things about this property! I can’t wait to come back! The home was nice and clean when we arrived. The view as the sun is setting is absolutely breathtaking. I have no complaints other than I wish it was a little warmer so that we could have enjoyed the pool. You can’t go wrong with this home it is as described.

We had family from Missouri and Texas meet in this lovely home - plenty of room to have space for everyone. The hot tub was especially fun with the snow coming down.

Such a beautiful home! Top of the line, everything! Tons of room to spread out and relax. Wonderful kitchen. Bedrooms were a dream! Made our trip to Branson perfect! Will stay again!!!!!

My ENTIRE FAMILY, kids included, were sooooo pleased with this BEAUTIFUL HOME! It was decorated so beautifully, and it just felt so warm & cozy. This property just felt like home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY FOR FAMILY GET TOGETHERS. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RENTING THIS HOME AGAIN! One more thing, I accidentally left my iPad & some clothes..... The view was so amazing I cried when I come in the Front door. Everything was so nicely decorated as well. My thanks to the owner who left a Journal of the house and its history and also a goody basket upon arrival. We had 11 people there but you couldn't tell because there is so much room. Also we all enjoyed the vending machines and the garage. It was a 23 minute drive to Branson (just 7 minutes away from Silver dollar city) But I didn't matter it was worth it, especially coming back to that nice house. I'll tell you I will never ever rent a hotel again, this is the way to go !!!!
