Upgraded to one bedroom suite. Nice suite. Quiet location.

Rec center/pool closed and not notified until after check-in. Offered as motel but aggressively harassed to attend the "class" timeshare event. Some sales is expected, harassment is unappreciated.

very spacious plenty enough room for a family of five and a two bedroom condo.

The only thing we didn’t like is they tried to get us into a meeting to sell us a timeshare! gave us a $75 gift card, but it took two hours out of our trip and we were not prepared for all that.

The hotel at the Meadows was wonderful our room was big and clean and it had everything we could of asked for I would recommend anyone staying here I give it 5 stars

the fact that we were forced to move from a condo to a hotel after trying to check in here. no one notified me that our reservations were cancelled. so after driving there we were told we need to be at the Hilton on the promenade. toddlers don’t belong in a hotel. especially being on the 5th floor. I do not recommend this place of booking.com for any travel needs

On bottom floor, people above us noisy, would have liked to avoid steps, parking spots kinda tight

The check in time and wait was horrible. The text message alerts are off and tell you misinformation. The lady answering the is nice but will have you calling a million times to see if your room is ready by the way she answers your questions and tells you to call back. The room size was not worth the cost. The amenities are nice but nothing worth the cost of the stay. Planning a trip to New Orleans and I will never look the way of a Wyndham hotel again.

The shower in our unit soap dishes falling off the towel rack kept on falling off. Door in the entrance and kitchen area was falling off.

Maintenance of the unit. Everything else was good.

Everyone was nice.
