Everything was wonderful. The pools & hot tubs were great Very relaxing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast!

We didn't have any bad experiences! Everyone was kind! The pools were clean and open until midnight!

Was able to get reservation day before, as this was a last minute decision to ride up from Greers ferry lake. Was extremely hot and stormy forecast at the lake.

Unfortunately we had a family emergency back home in TN while eating lunch and waiting for check in time. I called to cancel but was told I still would be charged for room. I just feel they could have been more understanding about the situation, and not charge me full price. Luckily family member was ok and was released from the hospital Er just as we made it back to town.

Nice location on the strip.

Our room was in a dark back corner of the property on the first floor. I knew this was a motel style establishment, but did not feel completely safe in the room. It is very old, which in itself is fine, but the fixtures and shower are too dated and need an upgrade. The last straw for me was the lack of handsoap in the room. We left for another hotel. That being said I did not reach out to the front desk as I had already decided to switch. If we had they probably would have moved us. Everyone was very nice. just not what we expected at all.

Pools were very nice. Breakfast was exceptional . Great value and location.

Pool water was dirty

The check-in process was super easy. I have worked in hotels as a front desk receptionist and housekeeping for many years, which are both very hard jobs. That being said I'm still pretty critical on rooms and staff at hotels, I got to the room and it was exceptionally clean. We got up and had breakfast which was really good what made it better was the staff . They were super nice and you could tell they were enjoying their job ain't nothing worse than being around somebody who doesn't like the job. We decided to say a second night and went ahead and checked in and housekeeping was outside my door her name was Kim I couldn't have asked for a better housekeeper she changed my towels no question she was polite and nice and sociable. I went to the front desk I had a few questions they waited on me like I was a family member and I really appreciate that! Will be back again.
