Enjoyed the property and the amenities. Great location. Good property for catching up with friends and family.

Upon arrival to the property, we noticed a tent that was located in the field across from the property. It was unsettling to say the least. The area was not very safe and we were informed from many locals that it was not. Everything appeared clean on arrival until we moved a couch to fit one of the provided air mattresses. It was as if someone crushed up an entire bag of Doritos and left them there. That night, the first cockroach ran across the floor. We killed at least 10 while staying there. There was also ants and mosquitos in the backyard that continuously bit anyone who went outside. This made it so the hot tub was unusable. We also had a lack of blankets and towels but that was remedied by the managers. There was not enough soap or toilet paper provided for 16 guests as expected. This property is extremely small and they refuse to assist with any issues once your stay is complete. I gave the property managers weeks to make this right and they did not. We left the last night of our stay because an unidentified AirPod was continuously detected. It pinged on the property and across the field where the tent was multiple times. We ended up calling the police and going to a hotel. We would not ever stay at another location managed by UrbanStay. Don’t stay here.

Very extravagant home with so much culture and depth, definitely a vibe. If you’re looking for a place with life this is definitely the spot, the pool and hot tub just make this place even more awesome!

Amazing property and close to everything you could want and need. 10/10 recommend.

The house was the perfect size to comfortably fit a large group. Check in was a breeze and the pool was adorable. Unfortunately I would not recommend the property. The shower in the master bathroom did not work the entire stay. I told management on the first day and received no help with the issue whatsoever. We had two showers for 14 girls. Furniture in the main living area was broken upon arrival. My one friend literally fell off the chair as a leg that was clearly not attached kicked out upon her sitting down.

Hosts’ communication was excellent, place was clean and looked exactly as advertised. The spacing of the bedrooms was great for our group of 10 and the beds were super comfy. Only drawback might be the train tracks across the street, with a pretty early train most mornings…didn’t bother me personally but might be annoying for lighter sleepers.
