My son and his family of 5 very much enjoyed this wonderfully comfortable home on Singer Island within walking distance of beaches, great restaurants, marinas, Phil Foster State Park and Joh D. MacArthur State Park (where the whole family enjoyed a fabulous day of kayaking on the calm intercoastal water). We also enjoyed a quick drive to the Manatee Lagoon where these delightful sea cows gather in the warm waters around the electric power plant! The boardwalk, picnic area and museum have a glorious view of Singer Island, Peanut Island, Palm Beach and lots of interesting boat traffic!

Very nice clean home. Unbeatable location to everything. Even a nice little fenced yard for the dog. It would have been great to have a washer and dryer but everything else was great. We went to peanut island which was a lot of fun. We kayaked and snorkled and took the island taxi with the dog. It was super fun. Communication with Sam was also outstanding. Thanks again! We would definitely stay again.

This property and location are amazing. Quiet neighborhood to take a morning walk. Just a few blocks walk to the beach and many great restaurants. Owners provide everything you need for a great stay. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I decided to have a staycation with our 2 boys and are so happy we chose this place. Sam was excellent with communication and made himself available for any of our needs. We didn’t need much though because the house was great. Clean, spacious, a full kitchen, comfortable beds, cold a/c and hot showers. We were minutes away to watch the sun rise at the beach, eat amazing food and take a daily run down singer island. We would love to stay again! Thank you.

This property was such a perfect space for our girls trip, and really affordable compared to other pricey Palm Beach locations. We had such a relaxing trip and enjoyed lots of room, amenities, and nice beachy vibes. Our host was also so responsive and even offered to add extra beach chairs/umbrella to the house for us. The beach is about 5-10 minutes away on foot, but you might need a car/Uber to get to other stores and bars on the island, just a heads up. Thanks Sam!

Clean, Comfortable, and Quiet
Our family spent ten days at this adorable home on Singer Island. It is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The side streets are perfect for walking dogs. The house was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sam was always available to answer our questions and respond to our needs.

Exactly what we were hoping for!
The property was spacious, updated, comfortable, and very functional. Same was very prompt in responding prior to and during our stay, although we did not need anything as the home is well equipped. Also, the neighborhood is very pleasant, walkable to beach, shops and restaurants, and lovely neighbors. Would definitely want to stay at this property again!

Excellent location and a perfect stay!
Not much to say other than how impressed I was with Sam's attentiveness to our needs. He let us drop our bags early while we went out in town. Followed up to ensure we were doing good.
The front and back patios really make it easy to follow the sun as well.
