Wow is right! Very fun and clean home! Beyond clean and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay! We kept commenting on how gorgeous this home was! Beautiful neighborhood, awesome beds! Pool and lanai not to be missed! Close to everything!

House was very clean and tons of things to do. Fishing was alright from pier, but only 20 minute ride to Port Charlotte beach park where the fishing was amazing. Family loved the pool and outside entertainment area all screened. The beds and mattresses were top notch, slept very well. Kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy family dinners every night. Kids also enjoyed riding the bikes that the host provided for us around the neighborhood. Very quiet area neighbors were very nice also. The master bathroom nothing short of a 5 star hotel, huge shower and soaking tub. Rented many houses over the years this one is by far the nicest, thanks again will be returning.

Luxurious! Beautiful home with many amenities. Great place to spend time with family. Pool, bikes, kayaks, golf, lots of fun things to do. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make meals. We enjoyed watching movies and playing cards at night. The beds are super comfortable.

Our stay was exceptional. The home is very well-kept in a nice quiet neighborhood, yet close to all of the modern conveniences. The host, Troy, was responsive and his attention to detail was excellent. Our stay closely replicated the feeling of being at home rather than traveling. We look forward to staying here again!

This is a awesome property. We've stayed at several properties and this was one of the best. Quiet location, kitchen had everything you need, and beds extremely comfortable. I cannot think of anything that could be improved. Great experience.

The house was in perfect condition, and all items described in the listing were as expected, and in working condition. We had my wife and me, plus our 2 young adult kids, who each had their own room. We very much enjoyed the great room and cooked several meals in the modern kitchen. The location is suburban, but close to highway, and near shopping and golf. We did not use the bikes or kayaks, as it was a cold time of year, but they were available and as described. Thanks for a great stay.

As a 65+ Woman traveling by herself I so enjoy this property. I always feel safe and the amenities and décor are amazing. My only sorrow is that due to the extreme low temperature that I was unable to use the outdoor personal heated pool. It just couldn't get warm enough for my tastes. Thankfully they have a deep soaking tub along with a wonderful walk in shower. (And that's just in the Master Bedroom!) I'm a golfer and the courses in Punta Gorda are challenging and fun. What a wonderful Thanksgiving!

We will absolutely stay here again! We stayed for 2 weeks and loved everything about the house and area. The dock was great to keep our boat right behind the house which offered many fun trips to the Gulf. The pool was kept warm and clean and all 5 adults agreed the beds are even more comfortable than our beds at home. All of the kitchen needs were met as well, the only thing we wanted more of....time on vacation at this home. Great stay and highly recommended rental home! We absolutely loved our stay here! The property was beautiful and offered plenty of amenities. Everything you need is in driving distance. Communication with property management was quick and efficient. We will, without a doubt, stay here again.

Pictures do not do justice for this property. This is a beautifully appointed luxurious smart house in a safe neighborhood 3 minutes from golf and a Publix grocery store. The host was the best communicator. The pool is heated and larger than the photos. The area is so quiet. I will stay here again!

This property is beautiful. Owner is very responsive and is a great host. The perfect place to enjoy a family meet up. Beach towels, bikes, fishing poles and kayaks the owner has thought of it all. Everything was in great condition. Plenty of towels. Spa retreat master bath combined with amazingly comfortable beds made for a relaxing stay. Kitchen has everything you need to make your meals in-house and grocery store food s super close as well. Neighborhood was very quite and welcoming. We will be back!

We've stayed at a lot of rentals over the years and have to say that this property was one of the best! The listing was 100% accurate, the furnishings were clean and in great condition, kitchen well-appointed, and the layout was super comfortable for three couples. We could tell that the owners take good care of it, which made it an honor for us to do the same during our stay, as opposed to the "they must not really notice/care" feeling you can get from some rentals that have gotten into disrepair. We would have loved to stay longer, and hope to return!

My wife, niece, nephew and I really enjoyed our stay. This home had everything you need and it is clearly evident the owner takes great pride in providing guests with a top notch experience. The property was gorgeous, we simply did not want to leave. The house and pool were impeccably maintained and communication with the property manager was excellent. The view from the lanai was lovely and the guestbook provided great information. Nice to have so many amenities included to enhance our stay. While our youngest was unable to catch any fish from the dock, he spotted plenty of fish and enjoyed trying to reel them in. We all loved our stay and hope to book again next year.

This is our 2nd year staying at this property. It was a unanimous decision among all of my family to return and stay here. The attention to detail of every aspect of our stay was amazing. We truly could not ask for more and will return again!!

What I really want to say- is NO ONE stay here so it's open for when we want it again- HA! But what I am going to say, is BOOK it and don't miss out on this beautiful safe quiet home! From the minute we walked it, it was beautiful and then kept walking around and it continued to get better! This house had everything you needed to have a great stay and cook a few dinners in as well. The pool is wonderful because it was HOT when we stayed, but the full sun for a good majority of the day allowed some cool dips that lasted for hours! We never once felt we weren't safe in this beautiful neighborhood and that is important to me traveling with my two daughters. It's close to Publix and other stores. Plus, great restaurants aren't too far either! My husband enjoyed many hours of fishing off the dock and caught and released many during our stay. Great communication and VERY easy check in process! Needless to say, we would definitely stay here again!

My sons and I enjoyed everything about our stay in Punta Gorda. This vacation home has everything you want and need to have an amazing time. It’s spacious, modern, and best of all super clean! The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. The beds are comfy & the bathrooms/showers are great! Troy was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to my messages. I recommend this to anyone looking to come to Punta Gorda!

This Punta Gorda home was less than 15 minutes from the airport. The property was immaculate and had everything that we needed.

Our stay was great. We have nothing negative to say. The property is very nice, clean, and the location was great for us. There was only 3 of us but I could see where at least 3 more people could be here with plenty of room. The location was quiet and out of the way. One thing that was great was the kitchen was appointed perfectly. Some places we’ve been to we have had to buy a pot but not this property. It had all we needed for a comfortable trip. Thank you. Hope to come back one day.

Amazing house! It was very thoughtful and the attention to every detail was great. We needed a relaxed and restful vacation and we got it.
