We enjoyed this home for 4 nights. It was a great location near lots of beaches, restaurants, etc. The home was just as great as advertised and our family enjoyed the pool, fishing on the dock, and just having space to relax! We really appreciated the book that was provided with all the local recommendations, the beaches and restaurants Tim recommended were wonderful!

The house is stunning! Beautifully decorated and spacious with everything you could possibly need. A brand new washer and dryer was definitely helpful for us to bring all our clothes home
clean as well!
Publix and Walgreens was right down the street and the neighborhood was quiet. The heated pool was so relaxing, even in the summertime! When we wanted to enjoy some social activities and restaurants we headed out to Fisherman's Village which was only a 15 minute drive from the house. We would certainly enjoy staying here again in the future!

5 night stay in beautiful Punta Gorda in a modern waterfront home. Great family time boating, fishing in Charlotte Harbor and exploring nearby islands. Thanks to Troy for being a great host and opening up this house for all to enjoy.

The home is well cared for and beautifully decorated. The layout is great for families with plenty of space to visit, relax or play.
The area was quiet and the home is near the end of a canal.
This made the perfect home base for our family getaway.

I don't think I've ever left a review but this place deserves one! Great place on the canal. Host has place well stocked and really clean. We had an amazing time and plan to return soon!

Gorgeous home in a beautiful, convenient location. A big plus was the ample supply of towels. The ONLY drawback was the requirement that all the towels be washed, dried, and put away BEFORE we left. That was incredibly inconvenient and difficult because we all had to leave the house very early. I think that requirement may encourage people to put used towels away! We DID NOT do that, though. The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice.

I have stayed at a few houses. Sometimes you get to the house the little details let you down. Not with this house. Everything was exactly like I expected. This place was beautiful. Everything in the house worked as expected. All of the amenities were there. The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The neighbors were nice. Troy was very responsive and even gave us a heads up the house was ready early. Everything was great. My family had a great time and plan to book this house again next year. If you are on the fence about this one don't be. It will be exactly what you expect.

We absolutely loved this house! As soon as you walk in the decor was lovely with beautiful waterfront views. House was clean, great location only 30 minutes away from beach. Our family enjoyed the kayaks, bikes & fishing gear! This house was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals for our family. Cleaning supplies, paper towels and host had a goodie bag for us upon arrival which was a nice gesture. Host very great with communication. Check in process was easy and they have a guest book that was very helpful with things to know about house and things to do in the area. We would definitely come back to visit again. It was a wonderful vacation house for our family and really enjoyed our stay! We look forward to coming back.

This home was perfect for my family of four , it was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed from fishing gear to bike riding. The property owner Troy was quick to respond with any issues we had and very courteous. We had an emergency issue with the home and even with the holiday weekend there were repairs made in a timely manner with no disruption to our stay. Ms. Kanesha, the housekeeper, was there in no time making the house spotless again after the repairs.
Great stay and will visit again.

If you’re looking for something that’s secluded and doesn’t have all the hustle and bustle of a tourist town.. this is your place. It was extremely clean. There is all kinds of extras in the garage for the beach or harbor. My kids loved it and was in the pool everyday.

Beautiful home on the canal with a gorgeous view of the water. Pretty neighborhood with friendly people. Very clean and comfortable home. Location for exploring Punta Gorda was nice and convenient. Communication with host was readily available as needed. We enjoyed our stay!

House was great arrived to a clean house the furnishings were wonderful the bed comfortable the pool was clean and wonderful. kitchen well stocked with dishes and pans even if we didn't use them was stocked. A/C worked as it should. Troy responded to questions timely and was a great host. Would without a doubt book this property again for our next visit.

A very comfortable house located in a quiet neighborhood. The heated pool is very relaxing and the dock on the channel is great for fishing or just taking in the water. Easy entry and the property owner is easy to reach for anything you need. Grocery store and other stores nearby.

The location and property were excellent. Whether relaxing by or in the pool, or exploring the area we had a great time. We invited our son and his wife to join us for a few days and there was plenty of room for guests. We even went to a local stage production.

This property is fantastic! This is the cleanest VRBO I have ever rented. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The location is great and Troy was very quick to respond to any questions. Beds are comfy. The pool area is a great place to relax and watch the fish in the canal. This house has it all!!

We had a great two week stay at this Punta Gorda home. We found a lot to do, but were just as satisfied staying at the house and swimming in the pool. We opened the sliding doors, turned on the ceiling fans and brought the beautiful outdoors in. The remodeled house is even better than depicted and surpassed our expectations. Would not hesitate to come back.

Had a lovely time with family…five of us fit comfortably and enjoyed watching fish from the dock and swimming in the pool. House was beautiful and pictures were accurate, but better in person. Troy was an excellent host and responded to my questions in a timely manner…usually within an hour or less. Can’t wait to come back!

This house was great! Very pretty & nicely decorated. Didn’t use the pool but it’s a very nice size. This house had everything we needed, couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely stay here again.
