Wonderfull home, perfect location for summer boating. easy access to water front attractions. Home was clean and well appointed. Quiet location within easy drive to shopping and sight seeing. Would highly recommend for a family get away.

Love love love this house. Second year here and owner takes such good care of it. Many updates, flooring, couches, outdoor furniture. Grace is so easy to communicate to and responds immediately. Enjoyed the bikes, kayaks and sitting on the dock. Even say some dolphins!

We rented for a weekend for my husband’s birthday. It was awesome, so close to the Fisherman’s Village which was so cool to see. House was clean and had everything! We loved it! Will definitely come back.

House was very clean and well equipped. Neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible from downtown. Owner is delightful to deal with and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our all too brief stay. Garage for our car was a real plus.

This house was perfect for our two families to vacation together. The house was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We were comfortable in this house. We spent most of our mornings and days around the pool.

everything was perfect.. when I saw pets welcome and boat lift on ad I booked it then found out its $200 extra for each so I had to leave dog at home and choose not to use lift. Everything else was perfect and we would book again.

Grace was very accommodating and very responsive. The home is beautiful and very well appointed with everything you could need. The only suggestion I would give is the boat lift needs the runners redone as the wood is bare. We didn’t use the lift and glad we didn’t pay the extra money. Other than that, the home was perfect and in a great location.

Everything about the house and location was perfect—my family and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. We have already started planning for our next stay at the amazing location.

The house was clean, nice amenities. We used the bikes and kayaks and fishing equipment which were all nice. The pool is very nice. Easy walk to great outdoor shopping village and restaurants. Central location to many different beaches and islands. Was a pleasant stay that met high expectations.

Paradise found! Our family really enjoyed our Minnesota winter escape at Hibiscus Villa. Grace checked in with us through the VRBO app to see if our stay was going well and thoughtfully offered to accommodate any needs we had. Upon entering Villa Hibiscus, you are greeted with double patio doors overlooking your paradise patio, fully covered lanai, and private pool. There are no less than 12 palm trees and red blooming hibiscus bushes surrounding your private saltwater pool. The saltwater pool is so awesome because it is kinder to swimwear and colored hair! The canal is clean and clear and the home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The pool is surrounded by four sets of patio doors. Two off the master bedroom, double set in the foyer, and two off the kitchen. The two off the kitchen are pocketed and open fully to the patio/pool. Everything you need for a complete vacation is here. Plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils, and spices, and various soaps available if needed. There is a desk and printer (with paper) at the top of the stairs. Other bonus items are: Ecowater (Reverse Osmosis System), 2 kayaks, grill, bikes with bike locks, beach chairs/towels, a couple coolers and fishing gear. There was even a couple frozen cocktail packs waiting for us in the freezer. Grace has it all covered. Our time at Villa Hibiscus was geared toward rest and relaxation, family time, and warm weather fun. As soon as we entered Villa Hibiscus, our first thoughts were, "Wow, this is going to be a FANTASTIC week!". Don't hesitate to book your stay at Villa Hibiscus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Grace was by far the best host we’ve ever rented from. The house was laid out beautifully and we spent a great deal of time by the pool. The home was well stocked to meet all of our needs. Location was perfect for morning walks to the village, trails and downtown area. Would highly recommend this house.

My family wanted a winter getaway from the East Coast and Villa Hibiscus met every need! From the beginning, Grace was extremely communicative about the property and addressing our needs of 4 family members needing WiFi for virtual school and work. Upon arrival, the house was perfect for our family. A large master bedroom on the main level with two bedrooms upstairs where the kids enjoyed their private time. The amenities are terrific in the house - a salt water pool, a dock with two kayaks, a large kitchen and family room with everything you need (nicely labeled to know where the pots and pans are located). The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. A few blocks walking distance - maybe 15 minutes - to Fisherman’s Village with lots of cute shops and restaurants. The sunsets off the backyard and deck are gorgeous! This was a once in a lifetime opportunity to take our school age kids away from home for several weeks given the virtual environment, but if I had the chance to do it again, we’d be back at Villa Hibiscus or any of Grace’s rentals in Punta Gorda in a heartbeat. She is an attentive owner and her personal touches - including a bottle of sparkling wine in the refrigerator upon arrival - show the care she has for her guests. I highly recommend this beautiful home.
