We had a great time! We misunderstood the listing with no bathroom upstairs, so anyone staying up there would need to use the bathrooms going through either bedroom, no biggie! Hosts were in communication & area was quiet and what we were looking for

Good location to visit Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! A few restaurants and stores nearby. The hosts were SO helpful, too. The cabin was beautiful and decorated for Christmas, which the kids loved. Easy code access and the hot tub was nice. It’s in a community of cabins, but it’s on the outside of the community so there’s more privacy and no other cabins behind it. Definitely would stay here again.

The cabin was newly built and beautiful! It wasn’t far from downtown Gatlinburg. Great for a family and kid friendly! Only 2 minor issues- the pilot light on the fireplace kept going out and one of the remotes didn’t work for the TV in the loft. Everything else was perfect and I would highly recommend. The owner was very responsive and accommodating and did send over the handyman to attempt to fix the fireplace. I highly recommend this place!

Enjoyed the property very much. There were 4 of us - 3 adults and 1 teen. We had plenty of room to spread out. The owner was very responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very lovely time while at this cabin. We loved being so close to a local restaurant (Trish's) for quick options to go eat. There's a spa just across the street from the resort to go get a massage if you choose. Great location and easy drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The beds were VERY soft, which I loved but if you prefer a firm bed, you may be a little sore. We enjoyed playing pool after a day out and getting in the hot tub. The screened in porch was a MAJOR plus, especially when in the hot tub. Plenty of ceiling fans and we stayed nice and cozy. It wasn't quite cold enough to enjoy the beautiful fireplace. We did not encounter any creepy crawlers, but did see a very sweet house cat out back in the woods while on the porch. The only complaint is we didn't have a wine bottle opener, but we got a personal one the next time we were out and about. So, we recommend always bringing one just in case when traveling! We didn't realize the building beside the resort sold beer and wine until the last day, so that would be VERY convenient for those staying without having to drive down the mountain. It was very relaxing and cozy. It's not a secluded location from other travelers, but we hardly noticed when we were in the cabin. Highly recommend!!

The cabin was very clean and had a great view! Our kids LOVED the arcade games! Spacious enough for my family of 4 and my parents.

The place itself was clean and very nice. However the gas fireplace did not work. Aside from that, my 6 year old son was nearly crushed by a wooden chest while he was getting clothes from a drawer. The chest fell over on top of him and landed on his foot. Miraculously, it only left a bruise. This chest is SOLID WOOD. But with multiple drawers open, could be tipped over easily with one hand. As the chest fell, a nearby wooden shoe rack was broken in the process. I notified the owner immediately, but their ONLY concern was the damaged rack. Didn’t even offer an apology or any reassurance that the hazard would be corrected. Many children die every year due to this very negligence. Before someone else gets hurt, god forbid a smaller child than mine that’s unable to get out of the way fast enough, MOUNT IT TO THE WALL

My daughter had a soccer tournament in Gatlinburg so we decided to invite family up to stay with us and have a mini vacation. This was the perfect spot! There was plenty of room for all us, we had 9 people, and it was right down the road from where we needed to be for the tournament. We had one issue, I contacted the property owner and within an hour the issue was resolved. Property is very clean and fun stuff to keep kids entertained!

Toilets hadn’t been cleaned and only had four washcloths had to go buy more had eight towels which was just enough but other than the toilets not being cleaned it was a great place to stay

Our cabin instantly wowed my family and I. We were amazed by the space, the amenities, and the cleanliness. The host was always in contact with us, ensuring we had a great experience. We will definitely travel to Tennessee again. This was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend anyone that visits Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge to stay at this cabin.

Great cabin and it isn’t too long of a drive to gather Gatlinburg strip. We had three teenagers with us and the pool table and game table were huge hits. Would definitely recommend for families!

This property is gorgeous! Our cabin backed up to the forest and it was very nice to sit on the back porch and look our. The front porch has rocking chairs that allow you to sit and look at the mountains. We had 7 people in our group and this cabin got us perfectly! Only thing I could tell you to bring is some kitchen wash clothes. There weren’t any and only 1 towel. Really not a huge inconvenience at all!

Our first time to Gatlinburg and we stayed in this beautiful cabin in the White Oaks Lodge and Resort. There are two masters on the master that has access to screened in porch with scenic view and hotub! Upstairs in the game room, there’s two queen size beds with pull out beds underneath, Billard, and a multi-arcade. There’s a full kitchen stocked with pots and pans and tableware. We loved it. About 30 minutes to Pigeon Forge but there are plenty to go to in Gatlinburg. We bought groceries at Food City (highly recommended) and dined close by. Awesome.
