This is the second time we have stayed and this is the only place i want to stay. The location is perfect beach across the street lagoon in the back. Condo furnished with everything you need. The pool is big and private.

Great establishment. Close to the beach. Only issue was the bed in the pull out couch sort of caved in but it was an easy fix.

We planned a 4 day trip very last minute and were worried that we would regret it because the price of the condo was so affordable. We were very pleasantly surprised. The condo is very clean, the neighbors were quiet and friendly, it was stocked with everything we needed! Perfect spot for a family or group of friends. We will definitely be back. 😁

This place was amazing! It was super clean and cozy. It was more amazing than I thought. My family aged from 13-54 enjoyed this property. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for a soccer Tournament in Foley. Wish I could have walked straight across the street to beach had to walk 3 blocks. Had everything we needed....needs a few extra blankets. Maybe some cutrtains on the main bedroom window because the light that stays on that leads to the pool stays on all night and its bright.very Dusty on the window lids and AC vent in kiichen. Carpet up stairs in loft needs to be changed. Not my favorite but my son loved the loft. Their was a musky smell Im assuming from carpet in loft but your senses got use to them not overwhelming.

My best friend and I took our kids to the beach together and we haven’t gotten our kids together like that in years so we weren’t exactly sure how the one bathroom and sleeping situation would turn out but it was perfect. There’s so much to do in that area & we could come and go as we pleased (on foot or by car) so no one had to feel on top of one another. We pretty much just sleep there. We had a slight issue that happens to every property just normal day to day stuff nothing at fault of theirs and after mentioning it he was out immediately. I appreciated the ease of access, how the condo was located directly over the pool, and the convenience of having a store next door for last minute essentials! There were 2 flights of stairs so be aware of that. So glad we came and such a great place for a great price and no nonsense going on there from what I saw.

Condo was nice. The pool was down the first couple of days due to maintenance but that wasnt the owners fault. Enjoyed our stay. Its a little ways from the beach entrance but once we sat our stuff up using the public beach parking entrance it was a pleasant walk back to the condo. Would definitely book again

Clean! Close to everything. Nice pool. Comfortable stay for 4 adults and teenagers.

Pros- unit is directly across from the pool, and the pool is good for all ages with a 7’ end and a 3’ end. Master bed was pretty comfortable/slept well. The atmosphere was very chill and casual. Cons- the access email sent to us didn’t contain any door lock code, so after a 15hr drive we had to sit in a nearby restaurant in a thunderstorm with tired kiddos for about 30-45 min trying to get ahold of the owner, eventually contacting VBRO for help to get our code. The unit was not clean to my expectation, with very dusty air vents, fan blades and refrigerators that you can see from the upper level loft. We immediately turned off all fans, because of dust allergies. The bathroom vent has black mold in it. Several upstairs drawers had sand in them, so wasn’t clean to put clothes in. The response from the owner was that it’s cleaned between stays, but deep cleaned only every several months. I don’t know how many months between, but it was unsettling. (The beds/cooking surfaces/etc were clean) Neutral- The parking lot was partially flooded due to the rainy season, so it was challenging to get to our assigned parking spot. The parking spot was very narrow, and I had a hard time squeezing my Equinox in it. Anyone driving a full size vehicle would need to utilize the small overflow lot by the dock. There is no elevator, and this is a second floor unit. Be ready to carry all your stuff up two flights of stairs.

It was a really nice condo, steps from the pool and a block or so from the beach. Only issue is the proximity to restaurants. There are only about 4 within walking distance and there is very limited coverage by Uber, Lyft, & Taxi service

This was our second time staying here. No need to look for anywhere else. Easy to contact owner, clean, affordable, and great location.

My family and friends had a good stay here. The only problem is that there was no extra toiletries and trash bags.

Overall great room furniture needs to be updated, wasn't as clean as I thought I'd would have been. 4/5 ain't bad at all. We enjoyed our time

This is the second time using vrbo and once again everything was perfect. Great location beach access walking distance to tourist spots. It had everything you would need even some extras for the kids entertainment. The owner/ manager was so nice making sure check in was easy and we had what we needed. This was affordable and exactly as advertised. A lovely hidden treasure that we would love to stay at next year. Thanks so much!

Our stay was what we expected for the price. Dated condo, but location was perfect for walking almost anywhere. If you plan to stay here make sure you bring extra toilet paper as only 1 roll was supplied.

This place was perfect for my large family. Right down the road from public beach access, and close to all the shopping. It was perfect!

Great little place. Perfect for a small family. Short walk to the beach. Convivence store right next door. Pool was cleaned daily and relaxing.
