The property was in a great location to see all the Chattanooga sights! Provided a comfy home base for the family. Also allowed walking to some great spots like Champys! If you couldn’t walk it, it was a 5 minute drive to most things. Had a wonderful time with good communication! Would stay again!

We showed up and our host was occupying our VRBO. She was confused and thought we were checking in the next day. She suggested a hotel and offered to pay for it or reimburse us for that nights stay. It was very loud and I would not stay there again. sketchy area.

We enjoyed our stay - beds were comfortable! The location was perfect - we were a short drive from everywhere we wanted to go. The sound machine in the master was helpful for blocking out some street noise.

Had a great time at this place and its proximity to all the great locations downtown! Super clean, really great interaction with hosts as well.

This was a great house and made our 3 night stay very pleasant. House was clean and rooms are spacious. Shannon is a great host and communicated very well. It is on a somewhat busy street which didn't bother us but might bother some who aren't in a city often. Everywhere for the kids was less than a 10 min drive. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed while visiting rock city. The house was very nice and clean and check in was easy. There is only one tv in the house. It’s on the corner of a very noisy Street, with a homeless camp across the street. We didn’t have any issues with our stay.

House was great for our quick trip to Chattanooga. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms for each bedroom was a plus. Little extras like puzzles and coloring books for the kids was great. Would definitely stay again.

In town for 2 nights to attend a wedding on UTC campus. Great rental, as described, clean, convenient, close by everything. Did not have issues with road noise as other reviews described. Hosts were great to work with, would stay again.

The property was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. This unit is also very close to downtown and easily accessible. The hosts were timely with communications and the check in process was very smooth. There is an upcharge for late checkout, so try to do all your "sleeping in" earlier in your stay.

This property was the right size for our family of 4 adults and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

The house was very clean, well stocked, spacious. Was a Great Home for Adult couples. Close to University and Downtown and easily accessible. Will Definitely attempt to stay there again.

A nice spot to land between trips to attractions around Chattanooga. Lots of good restaurants and bars within a reasonable distance. The neighborhood gets a bit sketchy later at night. Property is immediately next to a major road, but the noise is reasonable all things considered.

Myself and two of my groomsmen stayed here the week of my wedding in downtown Chattanooga. This house was great, king size beds, large spacious closets everywhere and the bathrooms were nice! The location was also conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in downtown!

This was the perfect property for us. Everything we needed was provided. When getting ready for a wedding 3 full baths made it easy. All furniture is comfortable even the beds.

40 years of friendship gathered in this sweet place. Perfect for long nights of laughter and deep conversations into the wee hours! There were 5 of us and all we wished for was one more comfy chair in the LR! The beds were so comfortable and the traffic noise didn’t bother our sleep at all. Would love to know the name of the mattress. I’m ready for a new one at home!

We really liked our place, right downtown and not far from anything we do or went to see. A tone of wonderful places to eat and drink!!

Everything about our stay was perfection! The location is great, the beds were great, and we loved the layout. We utilized the entire home, and we will most certainly stay again in the future!

The house was exactly like the pictures on line. The park behind the house was nice for the kids to kick around a soccer ball, but if you have small children you’d definitely have to keep a good eye on them due to the busy road. It was a bit noisy but you got use to the sounds. The sound machine was nice! Loved having a washer & dryer going home with clean clothes is a huge help. Also felt a little more secure having the security system at the house, great feature. If you don’t mind walking down town isn’t too far. A great chicken place in walking distance. And a five minute drive to a coffee shop Rembrandt’s! The Feed tavern was a good place to eat also. Nothing was to far away for driving either. We did all of the touring Ruby falls, the incline, great Mountain View’s. Over all a great place to stay and visit!

We spent three nights....loved the convenience to Chattanooga sites and restaurants. Road traffic was loud but owners provided ear plugs and sound machines. Only one TV...Roku.

We had a great stay in Chattanooga in this urban home. It has three bedrooms each with its own bath. One is on the ground floor. Two upstairs. The layout is great and everything was spotless and updated. We had nearby family visit us in this home and there was plenty of space. It is in an urban area, not suburban. Thus there are a few homeless folks in the area, but we felt perfectly safe. There is an easy to use security alarm. The home is in a neighborhood with college students, but other than a bit of street noise during the day, it was quiet and peaceful at night. It is near to all the fun stuff you'd like to do in Chattanooga, and some restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed the Yellow Deli nearby, which has an intriguing backstory you can Google. Delicious food there. Highly recommend this home in Chattanooga.

Easy to town and UTC. Clean and well supplied. Would stay there again.

The home itself was fine, the dining room chairs were cheap and broken. The area was unsafe to walk anywhere at any time. We were 6 adults, for a 5 day stay, we each only had only 1 small bath towel. When I requested more towels, I was basically told no because that’s all they give for a “short term” stay. We had to go out and buy toiletries paper as well. I have stayed in other VRBO rentals and they were so accommodating, this one, however, was not the case. I would NOT recommend this property.

This home was lovely my family enjoyed staying their. The three large bedroom was perfect for three couples each with their only bathroom. The only negative thing I would say their needs to be more wash clothes and towels put in the bathrooms their was only 2 in each bathroom if staying more than one night this is not enough
