The home is so beautiful and the ladies and I loved the fact that it was equipped with an elevator the neighborhood was quiet which we definitely loved if I ever was to come back to Panama I will definitely be booking this home! Thanks Kelsey and family 😊

I brought the ladies i take care of on vacation. We all enjoyed ourselves and would lived to stay here again. The host was excellent also.

Spent 9 days with family and friends (8 people). Perfect size for our group. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants….Game room in garage was great for kids. Elevator helped my elderly father to roam freely. Fun talking with neighbors. Property owner easy to contact and work with; kind and helpful. Wonderful stay. Would book again.

We had the absolute best time staying at Kelsey's place! There were 12 in our group - 10 adults and our 16 and 18 year olds. The location is amazing - just a short walk to the beach - and plenty of parking both on the property and across the street in the parking lot. We actually used one of the vehicles to load up all of our beach items each morning and drove to the free beach parking lot just to save ourselves from having to lug it all over! As far as the beach house itself, it was perfect. There was plenty of space for each couple. My in-laws loved having their own space on the first floor and the elevator was so amazing for them - they are elderly and have trouble with stairs so this was perfect because they could still join us on the second floor whenever they wanted. I was also very impressed with how stocked the kitchen is - we were able to cook meals every day and had everything we needed. The space was clean and well cared for. We highly recommend and will definitely look into staying here again in the future!

The property was awesome. We had three different families and everyone had their own space. The elevator was a lifesaver as we had elderly parents traveling with us. The location was good also, just a 5 minute walk to beach. We had a few minor issues but Kelsey was quick to respond and resolve them. I have stayed at numerous places at the beach and this condo was by far the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Everything was exactly as described on website. The house kitchen table was great for large groups to play games and enjoy meals together. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Beach was much closer than we originally thought.. the games were great when the weather wasn’t…the elevator was added plus that we didn’t even know about, my 54 yr old son is going for a hip replacement in two weeks, he really appreciated it. Overall a great stay….a small negative, we felt 2 rolls of toilet tissue and paper towels would have been more appropriate….wonderful space for our 10 wedding guests.

Holy moly, if you guys are looking for an absolutely beautiful home with so much room for everyone, look no further! Guys there were nine of us and we had to look for each other🤣. This house is absolutely gorgeous. It is three levels with an elevator, that was an absolute godsend after recent surgeries. The garage was a huge hit with all four of the kids. They stayed out there for hours when it was raining. Playing basketball and foosball. It was absolutely great. I cannot rave enough about this house. It’s fully stocked, the furnishings are super nice and clean AND great shape. There was working TVs in every bedroom, we just simply logged into our Netflix or whatever we wanted to watch. I’m serious guys if you are looking to rent in Panama City Beach this is where you want to stay. From the front door to the beach it was was maybe a 3 minute walk and they provided us a wagon so we didn’t have to carry a bunch of stuff. We just wheeled it right on over there. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub that was absolutely great after running around the beach all day. And there is even a shared pool one or two doors down from you that the kids enjoy it as well. I am so glad that we found this gem of a place and we are actually looking to stay at another property they have in the mountains, that’s how great of a place this was. ~Alesha P

The property was super convenient for our group. SUPER close walk to the beach. The kitchen was perfect for our large group, we were all able to sit together. The rooms were super clean and lovely. This home at pretty much everything we needed. Even had boogie boards!!!! We were so happy with our stay here and definetly would come back. The most amazing part of booking with this house was Kelsey. She was AMAZING! Any questions or concerns we had she answered right away and was more than welcoming. She was super kind and did our group a lot of favors. I reccomend this house and booking with this lovely lady!

We had the best time staying here! The house is beautiful, spacious, sound proof, and has everything you may need for your beach trip! It’s also in such a great location to the beach and other restaurants. Kelsey was also very responsive to anything we communicated/ asked of her! We had the best time!!

We had a great stay at this property. Plenty of kitchen necessities, towels and space in this 3 story townhome/condo. Quiet neighborhood in a busy location. Walmart and restaurants are close by. All questions and concerns were answered promptly. I recommend this property for large groups. We will keep this place in mind for next year.

Great place

The condo layout was the perfect setup for our crew. Each adult/adult couple had their own level, with kids also being upstairs. The kids enjoyed the elevator, which also made it easier to transport luggage upstairs. Location was great; quick, simple walk to the beach. I do wish there were beach chairs at the property, but we brought our own and the other couple went and bought some. Only complaint does not warrant any stars being taken away, but there wasn't enough seating in the living room for our big group, which wasn't really a big deal for us. We made due. :-) Place was clean. Love the placement of the beach towels! The kids had a blast with the basketball thing in the garage!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay was everything we were hoping for. The host was amazing and so understanding. If you’re traveling with family or a larger group of individuals I would highly recommend this listing.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. We had a wonderful time. Almost everywhere we went was within walking distance. Will definitely be a return stay in our future.

Me and my friends stayed here for our college spring break and it was SO amazing. The location of the house was absolutely perfect! We went to pier park almost every night and even walked to dinner from the house one night. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay for spring break. This is a 10/10 recommend!!!
