Great place in the heart of Georgetown amazing food and very cozy. Hosts were excellent especially at communication. If you want to stay in Georgetown no better place.

Location is great. Condo was quaint and clean. The host is accommodating and quick to respond to questions.

I got some wonderful sleep in this basement unit. It delivers on comfort and proximity to many cute shops and restaurants. A tip for thrifty guests coming in from Dulles, while the Silver Line construction is ongoing: take the free shuttle to Rosslyn and then spend $1 to hop onto the red Circulator bus doing the Georgetown/Rosslyn loop.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work despite numerous correspondence with the host. Because of that—or in addition —the TV didn’t work. The ceilings are low because it is a bottom unit (basement) but because of this, the noise from the upstairs tenants was very loud and included a barking dog and him getting yelled at. After communicating with the owner we left after 1.5 hours and went to a hotel. Still trying to get a refund

I’ve been to D.C. a handful of times, and this time decided to stay in Georgetown. The location was great and close to many amazing dining locations, and shopping. Loved the bakery around the corner and the bookstore across the street. The room was clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed. As mentioned in the title, the owner was very good with communicating when it came to arriving early, and setting that up.

It was my first time using VRBO. I must say this was a great experience. The hosts help me through the process of checking in, answering all my questions and making sure I was very comfortable with my stay. Very neat area to stay in. (historical) CVS was right around the corner. That is very handy since I forgot a couple of items. All in all a great experience. I would definatley recommend this place and would stay there again.

This place was clean and cute and as represented and we could walk or take Metro everywhere. Love the neighborhood. Hosts were easy to reach and helpful. It was great for me and my son to spend some time in DC. But not recommend if you are tall (some low ceilings), need a lot of direct natural sunlight, or want a full kitchen.

It was perfect for my family. We stayed from Wednesday through Sunday. It was clean, decorated nice. The shower had hot water. Ease in and out. When I had a question about the wifi, the owner responded quickly and thoroughly.
All the Uber drivers told us we were in the perfect spot. Felt very safe walking by myself at night. Lots of restaurants and things to do close by.

Apt was Very small. No instructions for TV. We could not get TV to work even though I have Apple TV. No instructions for AC. Apt was very hot at night.

We loved everything about our stay here! It was clean, there was everything we needed and we were able to get downtown very quickly. The CVS right around the corner came in handy as well as all the places to eat that were within walking distance!

Easy process from start to finish. Great place to stay if you don’t mind basement. Clean with very comfortable bed and shower.

Outstanding location, walk to restaurants, grocery and shopping. Owner was very helpful. Unit is smallish and not great for eat in options as in no table to sit at for more than one person. TV is not connected to cable or satellite so be sure to have streaming options prepared if using the TV. Otherwise the apt was clean and very comfortable.
