We had a good stay at this property for approximately a week. The manager was easy to contact and the property was clean. Would stay there again.

Beautiful home. So many amenities. Big house for just two people but we loved the space. Next time we won’t go when it’s 118* outside! Very quite and lots of privacy. Definitely recommend this one.

Beautiful property, very clean! Cleanliness is a big deal for me and this house didn’t disappoint. Property managers, Kristine and Ross, were absolutely wonderful and very responsive to issues we had with the pool (owner needs to upgrade heater). Glendale is a great area. Try Oggi’s for lunch or dinner (recommended by the PMs)—it’s fabulous, teenage grandsons are still talking about it. SIL and grandson enjoyed fishing off the pier/pontoon. It’s a wonderful neighborhood—we walked to the nearby park a number of times so the littles could play.

This is a beautiful home with lots of extra amenities that weren't even in the description. We did have a few maintenance issues that I reported on a Tuesday: ice maker not working, electrical extension not working in master bedroom, hot/cold shower handle switched so cold is hot water and hot is cold, and the fire table on back porch wouldn't stay lit. Contacted mgr Kristine and she was sending her husband out on Wed to check the fire table issue. He came out Wed evening and they contacted me by phone to inform me that it was working properly and explained how to use the dial properly and sent a picture as well. When we got home, the picture they sent did not match the one on our back porch so I sent her a pic of ours, and she realized she had sent him to the wrong rental. She did apologize and sent him out on Thursday, but he confirmed it was not working properly and would not be fixed prior to our departure on Saturday. The other items reported were not addressed during our stay. Kristine was very pleasant and always responded when I reached out, but it was disappointing to rent a home of this value and not get a resolution of some sort. I didn't want to say anything negative because there were so many extras that weren't even mentioned in the description, but as a VRBO renter, it isn't fair to other renters if I don't. Still a beautiful home to rent and would consider renting again.

We had an amazing time at this property for our destination wedding! The house was just as described and very comfortable. It was great for our out of town family to wind down after our wedding.

We stay at several properties and it was very evident that this one tried to have all the extras to make a great stay. Little details like phone chargers on every nightstand, robes for all who were staying, 4 bikes with locks and codes, fishing poles, heated pool, plenty of kitchenware and nice welcome basket and gift. The pontoon boat was great! The pool was mostly in the shade at this time of year; however, it was heated well and that would be good in the hot summer months.

Overall, we had a good stay at this Arrowhead Lake property! The house is beautiful and is well equipped. We did find that the house does require a bit of TLC. Some simple maintenance of the pool area, bikes etc. is needed. We also noticed that some dish-ware and bedding were not cleaned properly before we arrived. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and peaceful. That is the best way to describe this property. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool in the evenings, watching the birds and appreciating the view. It is also close to shopping and good places to eat. It is adjacent to the freeway although we never heard anything as far as traffic noise was concerned. Every accommodation was made to make the home comfortable. Communication with the property manager was terrific! We would stay here again anytime!

This was by far the cleanest vacation house we have stayed at this far !!! Very relaxing !!!had all the bells and whistles to make our vacation comfortable we will be booking again soon!!!!

Checking in our first night after dark we knew we'd get groceries early the next day so we wouldn't have to leave. Coffee in our robes before the sun came up, pool time before the heat set in mid day, a little work and self-care time in the afternoon and back to the pool once the shade returned. Daily during our stay. The view and the amenities in the space were ideal, the bikes perfect to go find Lolas coffee nearby one morning. Everything so thoughtful, so clean, serene and needed 🙌🏼

We came to Arizona to visit my son for his birthday and the home was perfect in every way . It had a great layout , great size, a nice covered patio and pool plus a large dock and pontoon boat . We could swim, boat or fish or just hang out , the house was great for all of this . Priced well to , we would stay again for sure

We had an amazing time at this property in Glendale! This is our second time renting a home on Arrowhead Lake and this house was everything we wanted and more. It was the perfect vacation for a group with lots of different interests - fishing, swimming, hiking, shopping. We loved the use of the boat and took it out everyday. Fishing on the lake was fantastic, best fishing in Arizona. The house is close to Thunderbird Conservation Park with a ton of hiking trails for every skill level. Overall the house was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Communication with Kristine was seamless and quick. Thank you so much for a great week! Would definitely return to this house

The home was exactly as listed and met our needs perfectly. The property management company did a great job making us feel welcome and communicating during out stay. We loved the heated pool, access to the boat and overall layout of the home. Would gladly stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The house is always clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We appreciate all the amenities like the coffee bar, office desk/supplies, pontoon boat, current outdoor furniture, and gas fire table. Communication with the management company is easy and prompt. We will be back!

Location great for hiking, pickleball, dining. Also , would be great for families. Enjoyed pool, fire pit and views. Bicycles provided and a very well stocked VRBO.

The house was very open and perfect size for the 8 of us to hang out and relax. Neighborhood was peaceful and easy to stroll around in. Being on the water and putting around in the pontoon was enjoyable.

We rented this home for a vacation. We purposely chose this location for it’s relaxation factor and the use of the pontoon. It was exactly what we were looking for.
