This was such a cozy and clean house, I loved the fenced in yard for my dogs and the 3 season room to wipe their feet off before coming into the house. I would stay here again . Beds were comfy and well stocked kitchen

Cute. Very clean. A bit musty smelling but you got used to it. Plenty of room. Hostess thought of everything even fire wood & dog treats. Only thing my wife said was missing was hand lotion. Located on a busy street but you could barely hear any traffic noise. This bungalow was also minutes from everything you want to see in Sioux Falls. Five stars. Definitely would use Abby's Modern Bungalow again.

The property was cute and very close to downtown. We were only staying one night on our stopover to the Black Hills. The small, fenced in yard was nice to have for our dog as well as the 3 season porch. Street that backs out from the driveway is a bit busy, but was still easy to get out when needed. The A/C was very welcomed as it was very hot/muggy during our stay. The K-cups and coffee creamer were nice to have for the morning as well!

This was a great place to relax after all day conferences in Sioux Falls. We brought our dog with us and I felt very comfortable with her being crated in the house while we were away.
I was able to contact the host for a late check out and she was more than accommodating!

Lovely stay and late checkout was nice! Very good communication with owners and has everything you need. I forgot my toothbrush and found they had some in the bathroom with toothpaste. Very convenient for me! The only thing was It did have a little bit of an odor and was stuffy, but we opened some windows while the weather was nice. Kids loved the l game table and many things to do for the family, like puzzles, games, books, and trivia cards! Thank you kindly for having us and being there for us for anything we need.

Two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs were excellent, decent sleeping arrangements downstairs, only downsize was the half bath downstairs was too tiny to really even use. Not a ton of living space but was more than enough for the little bit of time we spent in the house. Everything from the host was top notch, it was very clean, easy communication and minimal requirements at check out. We’ll hope to stay again next year when in town for the same tournament.

I loved this house because of all the options for beds. It was a short LIFT ride to downtown and back.

After a long journey, the house was just a welcoming oasis. There was everything we could need and it was fantastic. The little touches were wonderful. The proximity of the park and the fenced in yard were great for our pooch as well. We could not have been more happy and only wished we had stayed longer.

House is exactly as in photos and description. Really nicely furnished with literally everything you could need, including nice extras like shampoo, Q-tips, Ibuprofen, coffee pods- small things that make a huge difference if it’s something you forgot. We were only there a very short time on the way to the Black Hills but if you need a place in Sioux Falls, this is it!

This was a great property with plenty of space. We arrived with 4 adults and 2 small children and there was still plenty of space. The property location is great as everything you would need is a 10 minute or less drive from the home.
We had initially looked at area hotels but instead chose this property as the pricing was not far off and the home offers much more than the hotel could.
I wish we had more time to stay and utilize the 3 season porch. It is a great space to
Socialize and relax.
The owner of the property was great in communicating and answering questions without delay.
If we ever come back to Sioux Falls, this property will be #1 on my list of places to stay.

We had 8 adults and the property was just perfect. We stayed one night for a concert in town. The bungalow is nicely decorated. The beds comfortable and we made use of the outdoor firepit. Communication with the property owner was superb. We even had a welcome snacks and bottled water. The owner clearly tries to stand out amongst the other properties you could rent. If we return to Slioux Falls we would stay here again.

The main reason we chose this property was for the pet friendly fenced backyard. It’s a cute little house with all the necessities. The beds are all good quality and comfortable. The linens were very soft along with high quality bath towels. The air conditioning worked quickly to cool the house down! There are lots of good restaurants close by. I wish it was a little closer to downtown but overall it’s a great property in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay! We could space out and feel just like at home. So happy to be apple to bring outer dog along. Nice fenced in back yard for him to roam around as I enjoy my coffee. They had dog treats, bed and water/food dishes.

Although my husband and I were not able to make it due to flight cancelations. My sisters & brother were able to make it to my nephews wedding. The property was perfect. We all absolutely LOVED staying at this VRBO! Abby was incredible & it was even better than we expected. The entire time our group kept commenting and how fantastic the whole place was & how there were so many little details where we knew the hosts cared. Would stay again FOR SURE!
