We booked this property as a pre-wedding retreat for us and our wedding party and it was the best decision we could have made. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The kitchen had a little gift basket for us which was a very sweet gesture. There were so many places to hang out and so much to do, that even though we were there for 3 full days, we barely felt like we scratched the surface of possibilities. Plus, the beds were extremely comfortable which is not a given. We brought a bunch of our own stuff thinking that we'd need blankets, fire wood, cooking utensils, etc. and we didn't need any of it! The house came well stocked with everything we needed. I even found a little first aid kit when someone cut themselves on scissors helping with a craft and we fixed them right up. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful property. Plenty of space and plenty to do to keep everyone happy. Great location, close to everything we wanted to do. The owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely go back again.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the Lodge. Fishing in the pond and floating on the pond, S’mores toasted over the fire (S’mores supplies provided by the hosts as well as a delicious Peach Pie)- all of these made our stay a time to remember. It was comforting to know that we could contact our hosts with any questions we might have. We would recommend this property to anyone interested in an enjoyable get-together with family or friends.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The house is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, well appointed, and the grounds were spectacular. The location is perfect for hiking at Mohican and is private and quiet. Our group particularly loved the large great room and dining room that easily accommodated all 16 of us while also having so many little nooks for individuals to relax, read and reflect.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our fantastic weekend! The house and surrounding areas are beautiful and had everything we needed and more. We took full advantage of the clean, comfy and spacious inside and outside gathering areas and would have loved to stay longer. It was a perfect place for our 80th birthday celebration! Many thanks to Jodi and Jason for being so responsive and accommodating. We definitely plan to return!

Loved…loved…loved our stay! The lodge was beyond clean, loaded with amenities that wasn’t even listed on the website. Decorated simply tasteful, and did I mention how comfy the beds are?!? We had a great time bringing in the new year as a family. This house has EVERYTHING you need and more. My family is already asking if we can book in the summer so that we can enjoy the lake.

We rented this property to celebrate our Family Christmas and we had a Fabulous time! The house was CLEAN and COZY and BIG enough for everyone to spread out and not feel on top of each other! The Host were great and always available to answer my questions. I would Highly Recommend the property!

This lodge is beautiful and well stocked. Our family consists of 9 adults and we had plenty of space. Enjoyed both inside and outside. We are already looking at going back in the winter.

Jodi’s place is amazing! We own our own rental property in LA and, based on what we saw online, we had high expectations for this place. We were not disappointed. Jodi does all the little things that makes a renter feel special. This property is beautiful and exceedingly well appointed. Thank you for making our family gathering that much more special. This was a perfect location for celebrating our 50th anniversary with our family. The kids fished and swam all day every day. We loved sitting around the fire pit as a group and talking and reminiscing. I especially liked all the quiet places on the property where you can just sit and enjoy nature. I highly recommend this place for any group.

The house and property were gorgeous. It worked really well for our family. The kids enjoyed fishing the pond. The dining room fit 14. The deck and fire pit area were perfect. The great room was lovely. There was plenty of space and everyone seemed to be happy with mattresses. The s’mores supplies were appreciated. Our only negatives could be readily fixed. The coffee bar was great, but there weren’t enough k cups for our group to last the whole trip and we had to get more on Day 2. The house was not stocked with any extra TP and there were no tissue boxes at all, and we ran out of paper towels. Fortunately a few family members brought extra dinner napkins to get us by until we could get to a store. The kitchen was also not as well stocked with cooking utensils and tools. There were only 6 steak knives. No whisk, no potato masher or garlic press, no cake servers, no toothpicks. The blackstone grill was very nice, and enough firewood was supplied. We would stay here again. It was just a little disappointing to have to make due without some of those things given what we paid.

Beautiful, well appointed home for a family vacation.

This house is a hidden gem! Our group rented the house with several families for a 13u baseball tournament near by. The house was welcoming, well stocked and full of several great touches. The fresh flowers and greens from the yard greeted us immediately. Check-in was as smooth as it gets as we were excited to enjoy the pond on a hot day. All the kids enjoyed to paddle around the pond, the moms enjoyed coffee in the side yard watching the fish and frogs. Everyone slept well, the kitchen was fully stocked and easy to prepare meals for 19! The décor (the wallpaper!!!!). the beds, bathrooms were all fabulous. Communication was great with property manager. Always, an immediate response. Looking to head back next year! Thanks for everything!

There is so much to do on this beautiful property! We enjoyed the inside of this property as much as the outside. The swings in the foyer, the games in the garage, the pool table in the basement were a big hit with the children (7 and 11) as well as the adults. We enjoyed the outside activities just as much. Some mores by the fire pit, boat rides on the lake, hiking around the property, and just enjoying the awesome view. I can’t say enough about the attention to detail inside and outside this property. It was the perfect place for our Easter egg hunt and our family dinner. Thank you for sharing this outstanding property and making your guests comfortable!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. Jodi was always very responsive, making the check in process a breeze. The cabin had everything you’d ever need - with incredible entertaining space. Our group especially loved the pool and ping pong tables. We were so happy to be able to celebrate in such a beautiful space. It was a rainy weekend, and the lodge was the perfect place to stay in with friends. We will definitely be coming back here! 10/10 recommend!

I rarely ever write reviews or maybe never after each of our getaway but this place is definitely worth my time. All I have to say is that it is thus far our "Best Getaway". We never once left the house and enjoyed every moment of our time and wish we could have stayed longer. We surely will be back😊.
