Great house! BBQ and hot tub in the backyard as well as a peak a boo view of the creek. Inside you’ll find a great open concept living area. Fantastic kitchen. Master bedroom is extremely spacious! Master bath is also very open. Two hall bedrooms are comfortable. Hall bathroom is perfect. Would certainly stay again! Darlene took good care of us throughout the process!

Place was an ideal location for a wedding at the Boise Depot. Perfect for three couples. The house was large, clean, and very well appointed as a vacation rental. The back of the house was a tranquil retreat. If I ever make my way back to Boise I will stay here again

This is literally one of the best rental properties I have stayed at (and I travel extensively for work).
Every detail has been thought of - battery operated candles, earplugs, charging docks. Great local magazines and thoughtful books. There were even extra batteries which I put in the few candles that needed replacements.
The property is exceptionally clean and has plenty of hangers/sheets/towels.
It is close to uptown, downtown and the airport.
There are only a few additional things I would ask for (and I am really just asking for perfection here). The kitchen was stocked with great knives, salt, pepper and olive oil and lots of storage containers. But it would have been nice to have a liquid measuring cup and a rubber spatula. A remote for the garage door would be great too so you donʻt need to get out to open and close the door. But honestly, I would stay again in a heartbeat!

This home is one of the nicest properties that we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in plenty. The place looks like a model home and is set up perfectly. I would rate this property as a 6 on a scale of 1-5 and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boise. Also in a very safe location.

Modern, private, open, family friendly , with a great location. We stayed here to attend my son’s wedding. The home was clean, had everything we needed, and a great back yard outdoor space. Located on the bench made near the train depot with easy to access downtown and the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Our team had an amazing stay in Boise during the Treefort Fest. The house was the perfect home base from the fest! Hot tub was vital in our morning relaxation before the busy day. Would highly recommend checking this place out!

This house is amazing. So beautifully decorated, everything seemed brand new. Comfy beds, great showers, huge kitchen with everything you need. Great location - we actually walked back from a concert at Albertson Stadium. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was just as beautiful as the pictures and had everything we needed for an amazing weekend away with friends. We made dinner one night and despite the fact that we could have used a better cutting board (there was only one small flimsy plastic one) our meal came out beautifully with everything the kitchen provided. There is even a spice rack with most dried spices!
The beds were comfortable, shower pressure was great, and Nest thermostat and electric fire place made controlling the temperature a breeze. The bottle of wine and snacks were a much appreciated touch.
The location was wonderful - on a semi-busy street, but you don't really hear the noise much, even in the bedrooms. We loved that everywhere we wanted to go was a quick 5-10 drive away. We had a car, but the neighborhood and surrounding area also seemed completely walkable.
We would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for our stay! Close to the airport, downtown, groceries, and restaurants. The house has been updated nicely and the beds were very comfortable. There was a minor issue w the keypad on the front door or we’d have given the check in process 5 stars as well. We’re pretty confident that’s been dealt with. We’ll be back!

This was the perfect house for our family!! Every amenity was available along with a relaxing tub. There was plenty of room for us to stretch out and watch Christmas movies. We didn’t use the hottub due to the activity schedule, although we were excited about having the option. We loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again!! The property owners really put in extra touches to make this feel like a welcoming and comfortable home one would want to visit again!!

The Rose was the perfect vacation home for us over Thanksgiving 2022! The kitchen is very well appointed and has all the cooking tools you will need for wonderful family dinners. The home is bright and transitional modern, elegant and comfy with the fireplace and hot tub outside. Full size soaker tub in the master! Just on the bench near downtown and a mere 7 minutes to airport. Nearest grocery within a mile…very convenient location.

We were disappointed because we found the beds not up to a comfortable standard. The sheets and pillowcases had stains on them. The rest of the house was exceptionally clean but for me the beds are the most important thing for a comfortable stay.

The Pros: The place is close to downtown, grocery etc. The hot tub was great and the home is decorated nicely with beds that were comfortable. The Cons: Some road noise and the place got hot sometimes due to lack of fans in rooms. Overall it was a very nice place, we give it 5 stars!
