Our family had a great stay. The check in process was easy. The host was extremely accommodating. They supplied us with everything we needed including a pack and play which was missing, but they had delivered to the house the same day. 5 star service for sure! The house, pool and spa and community club house were all incredible. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone headed to Orlando.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The house setup and location was great. The proximity to the resort is a huge bonus, especially with an infant. Everything we needed was just a short drive away. The pool area at the house was very nice. At the resort, the pool and lazy river are beautiful and clean, but there is not an expansive amount of food/beverage options at the pool. The grounds/neighbourhood were quiet, well manicured and enjoyable to walk around with a family. The one negative was definitely the cleanliness. Our daughter is crawling and every time we looked at her she had big dust bunnies on her hands and feet. We ended up having to clean a lot ourselves. It was pretty obvious that just a light cleaning must have done before our arrival based on other reviews. There were hairs all over the bathroom floors and even on the pillow cases. Overall we had a great vacation, but did have much higher expectations from a clean standpoint.

We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend to others! It was only a 15 minute drive to Disney parks. We went in the pool/hot tub almost every night after returning home.

We just got back from a great family trip, where 11 of us stayed at this wonderful home. The kids just loved the Mickey Mouse bedroom, as for the adults, we all found the beds and bedrooms comfortable. The house was spacious and had space for all of us to sit together to hang out or eat around the table. The use of the facilities around the resort was an extra bonus. We also had great communication from the owners. Wonderful place to stay!

We had a party of 7 the house was just the right size!! Being able to all hangout at night and watch a movie together was great. The house pool and hot tub lets you cool off and relax. The community pool, lazy river, volleyball court and basketball courts were so much fun on our day off from visiting the parks.

House is great for a large family with everything we needed. Location of house is across the street from pool and we took our grandson over every day. We used hot tub at house every night. Stores and restaurants are close by. Quiet neighborhood. We had a great time here and would book it again.

We loved this property. We had 10 people in our family, with two parents, 8, 12, 16, 19, and our two married children with spouses. The two master bedrooms was ideal for us and one of our Married kids. The bunks and other room fit our other daughters perfectly. We loved the private pool and the 50yard walk to the clubhouse with lazy river, pools, games and such! What a great location... 15-min to Disney World. We came home for rest and went back on park days not missing anything. I highly recommend the place on location alone. The only struggle we had, was toilet tissue and towels There was really only one towel per-person and we ran out of toilet tissue the 2nd day. We just needed to plan ahead for that. Fantastic!

Forget staying at Disney!!!! This place is Magical. Hugh house with everything you could ask for and more. EVERYTHING and PLACE you want to get to is literally just minutes away. Resort across the street is second to none. We enjoyed our time at the house and resort more than the theme parks. Wonderful host and exceptional property manager. If it's available - BOOK IT!!!!!!!!

This house was perfect for our generational family. It also very close to Disney properties and area swimming club house. We had one hiccup that clothes dryer was not working and the owner and property manager replace in a day during our stay! Good thing as it was a rainy week for us and we needed it! I’ve never been so impressed with the service of a VRBO property owner . Thank you for contributing to making our trip a success- we will be back again!

The house was extremely clean and spacious and exactly as described in vrbo listing. Cody the manager was easy to contact with any questions we had. Being across from the clubhouse and pool was a plus. The house pool was clean and just the right size. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Disney!

We had 7 adults (3 couples, 1 single), an 8-year-old, and a 10 month old. This house was perfect. My parents (71 and 69) had the upstairs master suite until my dad hurt his knee but then he moved to the downstairs bedroom which had a bathroom right next to it. The living room couch was comfy and large. There is a great size table that we all ate at. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed (there are lots of tupperwares) and the pool was amazing. The amenities are directly across the street, so we would run over and then run back to the house if we were thirsty. But they also have a bar, workout facility, and amazing lifeguards! My mom went down the fast slide and got turned around under water and the lifeguard was in the water quickly and was so helpful (my mom may never trust her granddaughter again, who dared her to go down the slide). My nephew (10 months) was able to roam around in the walker, there is a pack-and-play, a high chair, and a gate for the stairs. We all loved to play in the pool, where there were several floaties and toys to enjoy. The locations is perfect with Universal and Disney World all around 25 minutes or less away. I would give this house more than 5 stars if possible. The owners were very easy to deal with and accommodated our requests. Very very very very good experience!

From the time I book till the time I left everything went perfect !! Cody the owner was so helpful with any questions I had and he was fast to respond.. The house was real clean and so nice inside and out . The pool was perfect along with the hot tub . Enough towels for everyone and pool towels also . Our family enjoyed their stay at this property and it suited all of our children perfectly (ages 5 through 26). The house is located directly across from the clubhouse which is very convenient. Another great plus is that the grocery store is only a 2 minute drive away. Most importantly, there's only a 15 minute ride to any of the Disney parks. The host, Cody, is extremely responsive and professional. We highly recommend this property and plan on booking it for our next trip to Orlando.

We loved our stay! The property was right across from the community pool and lazy river. It was clean, well maintained and beautiful! We can't wait to stay again!

This is a very nice place and extremely roomy. It is very new and extremely well-maintained. Response from the manager, Cody, was almost instantaneous. The manager/cleaner, Tricia, was very helpful as well. If you have kids of any age, don't underestimate the extreme handiness of the location -- right across from the excellent water park. The bedrooms are all a good size -- not just some tiny spaces crammed into the floor plan to make another room. When you drive up, it seems that the place is going to be a little small -- but you and your guests will be very pleasantly surprised when they get inside. The guest before us gave this place 3 stars. I'm not sure what happened, but every single thing was super for us. We don't live in a $5 million house, but people in the $1 million and below should be good with everything. Very nice! BTW, if you have runners or walkers in your group, this place is excellent for them. They can go out the gate, turn right, and go a long way on some very scenic sidewalks beside lakes, herons, natural areas, etc.

We aren’t picky guests but we do expect clean sheets and amenities for the price we paid. Upon arrival the home wasn’t very clean. I have photos of the dirty floor, oven top, cabinets..there were dried up spilled items in the fridge , leftover food and items from previous guests on the counter and a dead cockroach in the sink etc .. we just brushed it off but upon climbing into bed we noticed the sheets were dirty with hair and makeup.. quite disturbing .. after checking other rooms we found most of the rooms all had dirty bedding. It was late at night by the time we noticed as we climbed into bed , we did message and the host who did respond however the “clean” sheets didn’t come until late the next evening which we had to sleep yet another night on the dirty sheets.The sheets brought, those sheets weren’t fresh . One set was brand new but there was hair and stains on the secondary sheets as well. They didn’t smell fresh .The kitchen was lacking a lot of things .. we had 8 people 4 adults and 4 kids.There were maybe 4 bowls and 2 spoons .The host placed an amazon order for spoons and other utensils we were missing and eventually gave us access to a locked closet obtain toilet paper and paper towels.We were never provided soap we didn’t have.The bathrooms had half used toilet paper which we ran out of and empty or almost empty soap containers.The house can host more than the number of people we had (8) and there was barely enough supplies for 1 person for a day or so. Our feet were all black from the floors and the baseboards had caked on dust and dirt. We don’t think the floors have been washed in quite some time The location was great, it was across from the pool which was nice to walk over to but we would not return back here due to the other issues. We ended up running back and forth to the store multiple times for things like dishwasher tabs, paper towels , soap, cleaning supplies, plastic silverware which isn’t fun while on vacation. Also the hot tub also does not stay warm which the host knew about but didn’t make any attempt to fix during our stay.The check out process requires you to have ran the dishwasher ..We stayed for 5 nights with 8 people and had 2 dishwashing tablets provided so again we had to run out to the store. There are plenty of rentals in Storey Lake, while location is good, and the host was kind, the lack of care to details overall cleanliness of the home would deter us from renting again.

This was an amazing experience from the very beginning. The host was very quick to reply to pre booking questions and that didn’t change after we book and during our entire stay. The property was great as was location… literally right across the street from the resort. I cannot complain about a single thing!! Thank you Cody for a great stay!!!

Our stay was truly amazing. First, Cody was very communicative and helpful before & during our stay. The listing was exactly as stated. The location of the house in the resort community is PERFECT! It sits right across the street from the clubhouse/waterpark, so it's super convenient if you wanted to hang out there vs. at the house. The rooms were very spacious, the house was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need. There were plenty of towels for our group and since we had a shorter stay, the starter items (toilet paper/trash bags) were enough for us. Plus, there is a Publix right down the road to grab whatever essentials you need. Having a heated pool and hot tub was nice, but in the cooler temps they were not quite warm enough for us. No problem...we hopped over to the clubhouse and took full advantage of the hot tub there. No doubt if the weather was warmer, the pool and hot tub at the house would have been perfect. If you are remotely interested in this house and the approximate it is to the parks and other attractions, book it now!

We used the property to stay in while on business in Orlando at the Orange County Convention Center. Not close to OCCC but not too far to get away from all business travelers for some peace and quiet. Property has nice amenities to relax and very spacious for us to spread out and have our respective space with good size bedrooms and bathrooms on two levels. The community pool right across the street made it easily accessible, and had a lazy river, which some of staff enjoyed a couple afternoons. Many restaurant options close by as well as a Publix and Target to get groceries if needed. Cody, the property manager, very quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend his property.

Great family vacation! The property was an ideal location close to parks. The bedroom configuration worked well for us. I needed to ask Cody a few questions and the response was quick and kind. We are from Michigan and will definitely stay here again next time we make the trek

House is big & clean!!! The kitchen is stock with any and everything that you need!! Cody was alway sensible when we needed any assistances. Location is close to EVERYTHING!! We will stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

We recently stayed at the house with our two young kids as well as some grandparents, layout was perfect for family gatherings! Property was clean and well appointed. Location was perfect for utilizing the community amenities as well as the area attractions. Look forward to future stays.

This was a great home and a great community and a great location. The unit is right across the street from the community center and pool. We had a great time with no complaints. The owners were very accommodating to our needs and requests.
