Great location in Santa Monica in a quiet residential neighborhood. Clean, well-supplied. Bedrooms are upstairs. Very relaxing!

This is a beautiful townhouse. Plenty of space for 4. Definitely still comfortable for 6. Spacious kitchen with coffee pot and easy toaster oven. Very nice appliances. Spacious bedrooms. Powder room in first floor. Laundry in unit. Very clean. Only negative was the gate lock to get into complex. Hopefully building replaces.

This wonderful home was perfect for us . Access to groceries and restaurants was ideal. We are walkers and we we could walk to the beach , and we enjoyed the local park for a playground and a duck pond . The neighbourhood was beautiful to walk everyday, and we felt comfortable and safe . I would recommend this comfortable, pristine home for any stay in LA.

I originally booked this house to house my teammates for a weekend tournament. We are all adults aged 45+ and responsible people. We have all travelled around the world so this was not our first rodeo with VRBO, but we had a few concerns with our stay here: 1. As we were all flying from different locations across the continent, we were not all arriving at the same time. On our first night, our Ubers arrived at the house at the same time so we greeted each other on the street. As we walked to the house to access our keys, one of the neighbours poked his head out to tell us to be quiet. While I understand that this is a quiet neighbourhood, we were not partying, but rather talking while unlocking doors. The guy just kept harping, very rudely, on how much noise we were making. Talk about a cold welcome. 2. A recommendation would be please put proper toilet paper in the house. We were all very frustrated at how thin the toilet paper was in all the bathrooms, so we bought our own. The house, in general, was very bare bones in terms of supplies. For the price, we were expecting a little more. There wasn’t even a bin for recycling. 3. On our last day, I got notified by the owner about charging us extra for the 5th person in the house. While the cost wasn’t a concern, it was the principle. The VRBO ad had indicated that the house can host up to 6 people, but nothing with reference to extra costs based on the number of people booked.

Everything was perfect. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

The home is spacious and comfortable. Parking is convenient. The house manage Mia was easy to contact and accessible. A great location with many walking options for food, drink & entertainment. We loved our stay and hope to return in the future.

Very clean and the host is very detailed oriented. Decor is beautiful and furniture is of top quality! The bed in the master bedroom is soooo comfortable! The location is convenient to all the shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was very clean and accommodated five very comfortably. Location was very convenient to LA, the beach and the mountains and there are a number of decent restaurants withing walking distance as well as a Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Communication with the PM was seamless.

Visited for a wedding with family members ages 24 to 91. The house was perfect for our stay and even grandma loved it. Walkable to coffee shops, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and more. Mia was super responsive to any questions and is an excellent host.

For our family of 5, Mia’s place worked out perfectly. It is close to the beaches (SM & Palisades) and convenient for access to the city & shopping. The house is clean & the kitchen has everything you need. Very comfortable furniture & beds …. Mia was very responsive & helpful for whatever we needed. We had a great stay.

Very nice stay

The property was nice and clean. I was shocked by a 6 person house charging extra for the 5th and 6th person to stay...had I realized the extra cost upon booking, I likely would have found somewhere else.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home while visiting our son and his family in Santa Monica. The home was well furnished with beautiful decor and comfortable amenities. The host was very communicative and available if any issues arose with the home. Location was in a great location with easy access to LA attractions and local restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend and plan to return before too long. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We had a great visit and this place was perfect for our family of four (2 middle school aged kids). It is centrally located for visiting all of LA while being just outside the busy tourist areas near the pier. Our host was very helpful upon check-in and the place was just as described.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Very strict with policies make sure you follow them and there will be no problems. They are very good at communicating when something happens. We solved issues right away.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect base camp for our LA adventure.

Everything you need, and with a very helpful host!

We stayed here 4 nights and really enjoyed this home. Sadly, the piano is locked as is roof access, but the location in Santa Monica is ideal. We enjoyed neighborhood walks every morning, and there is easy access to Wilshire and all its many shopping options. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. On-street parking is not an issue except during 2 hours when the streets are being cleaned (check the signs). A great stay!

Highly recommend this townhouse. Mia was helpful & responded to any questions we had. This property is represented exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen & immaculately clean. Beds are super comfortable with all modern conveniences. We enjoyed the nice outdoor patio too. It’s a fantastic location convenient to restaurants & grocery stores. We will definitely return.
