We enjoyed our time and loved having the pool to cool off in.

This house was perfect for spending Christmas with family. Great location and very clean!

The house is in great location, quiet neighborhood, check in was easy! The communication between the owner was great. The beds are super comfortable (the king and two queens) loved that it had a pool as it was 110 most days that we were there and that the house was automatically set to 60 which was nice walking into after being outside. Huge plus, is the owners supply so much of the extra things like trash bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towel, ect! Most do not! One negative thing we had issues with was the main bathroom door, it was very difficult to open and when someone was trying to get out you could hear it throughout the whole house :/ we also had some visitors that came from the bunk room at night, lizards! But that’s to be expected in a state such as Texas. Other than that, our stay was amazing and we highly recommend renting this rental! We hope to stay again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay! The pool was dirty, and the washer was inoperable; however, maintenance was provided the very next day, and we were pleased with that. Also, I overlooked the details of the 5th bedroom on the site when booking; but, accommodations were made, and we were grateful for that! Only recommendation we have is that kitchen floors be replaced. Thanks for making your property available to us!

First the positive: Well stocked kitchen with updated appliances. Clean kitchen. Very responsive property manager. Convenient location. Bathrooms were clean. Suggestions: Certainly could have been cleaner in some ways. The green chairs need to be spot cleaned. The large trash carts next the house are overflowing to the top with bags of trash that need to be picked up. Some spots on the comforter covers. The shaggy blankets left on the beds for decoration need to be cleaned. The rug in the living room needs to be cleaned or removed entirely. There was some dried food in the bottom of the kitchen sink strainer. The washer smalls musty. Scented laundry detergent should be swapped for unscented. Prefer white towels that can be bleached over grey. Many of the bath towels were older and scratchy. The plug in scents were not pleasant. Skip them and just clean and let home smell clean. Add more bathroom hooks and towel bars and skip decorations on the bathroom shelves so the shelves can be used. Just so others are aware: The pool is older, the trees constantly dropped leaf buds into the pool that the filter could not removed and no net to remove them ourselves. Outdoor furniture older and needs cleaned. Highway behind backyard fence makes for noisy yard. Has original windows so some noise and air leaks especially at master bath window.

The stay was great, unfortunately the power went off during the last night of stay for a few hours. This meant the air conditioner went off and made for a hot night. The power came back on but the air conditioner did not. Other than that is was a great stay.

We had an amazing time staying at this location. The pictures match exactly as it is and the pool was a highlight for my girls. Great location and a quiet neighborhood. Will stay again in the future!
