The times that we are there it feels at home, the house is cozy, the beds are comfortable, the house is beautifully decorated and the neighborhood is quiet and clean. Overall we really do enjoy our stay at Kasa Ornelas!!!!

We had a party of 11 various ages. The property was gorgeous and all ages were able to be entertained. Highly recommended!!!

It's not our responsibility to handle the TV issues being on vacation. All tvs was down. We couldn't watch the news for the weather! Netflix was the only channel. Fix your problem, First.

Property was nice but there were not enough towels, dryer did not work properly so drying clothes was a hassle, there were no condiments and tvs did not work except in movie room. None of the bedrooms had working tvs. Everything was relayed to owner who was very responsive and apologized for any mishaps

We had a wonderful stay with three families staying in the house together. Never felt cramped. The kids stayed entertained.

This is a gorgeous home with many amenities. Unfortunately the wi-fi and TV did not work. It was difficult to get any phone service and when I did I had to leave a message for the manager who got back to my DIL in about 8 hours. We finally got Wi-Fi on Wednesday but the TV never worked (we were able to do some streaming). The ice machine also did not work. It was very difficult to get tickets, order meal delivery and initiate directions without wi-fi. The TV room looked great and we had planned to watch the women's college basketball championship but had to go to a bar to do so. The pool was nice and the kids got a lot of use out of it. Plenty of space for meals and relaxation. Beds were comfortable. Rec Room was lots of fun. Location was convenient. Would have rated this rental much higher if we had wi-fi and TV.

Excellent property for a family with children, or even several adult family members. Loved the fact every bedroom had its own bath. The one drawback to this property is the parking situation. Because the garage contains a game room, the only parking is the driveway, which will only handle 2 vehicles comfortably. There is absolutely NO PARKING allowed on the street, and while the Vrbo said we could park in the clubhouse parking lot overnight, we received info from the gate attendant upon check-in that there could be none. Two of our vehicles received citations from the City of Kissimmee on night 6 of our stay, and our host promptly reimbursed us, which was awesome. However, this particular gated community needs to work with the property owners to provide additional parking opportunities that will not result in citations. With the exception of this issue, the property and Host were EXCELLENT!

Beautiful home! Exactly as pictured on listing and perfect for our large group that consisted of adults, teens, and children. Great communication with host. Quiet area but close to shopping and Old Town and a short drive to the Disney Parks. Heating the pool was worth it. Would definately return!

Great place to stay, perfect location for Disney and Universal. Huge house for two families. The little extras like dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, washing up liquid etc all makes a difference. Victor replied within minutes of my query one night, which is always great to know that we're not waiting on someone till the next morning. 4 minutes from Aldi and Walmart. Would definitely stay there again.

We were beyond pleased 😀 by our stay! The house was super big and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and all enjoyed the games. The decoration was A plus and again....we really enjoyed. This house will be always our first choice in this area. Highly recommended for a big family!

This house has everything and more. It was spacious, clean, close to everything we needed. It was secure so we felt safe letting the kids go to the clubhouse area. The property owner was so nice and communicated all of the details. We will definitely recommend this house for large groups, plenty of room!

The house was clean and beautifully decorated. I had a large family so parking for all cars were an issue but the owner did let us know in advance. Everything were great and we look forward to visiting again.

Everything was amazing in this home. I loved the open floor plan so that when I cooked and entertained, I was still able to see my babies swim and entertain with my friends and family. All of the beds were comfy and the neighborhood was completely secured. My older kids also enjoyed the neighborhood pool and jacuzzi . Oliver was very quick to respond through the app when needed . We will definitely be back on our next annual Florida trip. Thanks for the hospitality.

My family and I enjoyed every last minute of our vacation here. It rained quite a bit which forced us to cancel many of our plans but my family was totally cool with it because the house was so cozy we didn’t want to leave. We bought games for indoors and watched endless movies in the theater room. The room was equipped with everything you could think of…literally. The Wi-Fi was out upon arrival but the host kept us abreast of the situation and tried his best to accommodate us until the Wi-Fi was restored. I will definitely book this rental again.

Shared the house with 3 other volleyball families and it was perfect! Great spaces, fun for 4 14yo girls! There were a few challenges but the owner was very responsive so that was a plus! Also, be warned, pool clubhouse closes by 7 pm so if you are looking forward to a little hot tub time, get there before 7!

We had a small group stay while in town for a gymnastics meet. The house was perfect for our needs - very spacious, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms. Everyone had ‘their’ space while enjoying a wonderful visit together. The pool was great! We enjoyed the gaming room (pool table, air hockey, ping pong) and the theater room. Victor was quick and responsive with any of the questions I had. Would definitely come back!

The house is very large and is beautifully done. Our host was very easy to deal with and was quick to respond.

Perfect house for 3 families staying together for a conference and then some fun at Disney. Location was convenient and we had all we needed for resting and playing.

This rental was perfect for our needs. We had 13 guests, one of which is in a wheelchair. The house was EXTREMELY accessible and that was just one of many things that made the house perfect. We had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. The house was clean and the resort property was well maintained. I appreciated the ample parking available at the clubhouse. The large dining room table was great for family game night and the pool was great for relaxing. It only took about 20 minutes to get to the airport and Universal studios. I highly recommend this property!

Owner was very responsive and made the check in and check out process seamless.
Only minor issues identified when we checked in but nothing was blatantly misrepresented. The bathrooms could of been a tad cleaner but overall our family was happy with our stay.
Kids loved the movie theater room and game room but were disappointed that there was not a basketball court as advertised.
Overall excellent location, nice home and ultra responsive owner.

We loved the house! Plenty of room for our family! Loved the large dinner table, game room, theater room and especially the pool! There is a charge to heat the pool but it was worth it (like bathwater). We had a great week. Thank you Victor!

The house was so perfect for our big family vacation. The house had so much room and was very clean and comfortable. The host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We had a really good stay and the property was excellent. There were just a few things that were less than perfect which is why we rate 4/5.
The things we loved were the theater room, and large dining space. The theater room is top quality and the host provides blankets in the cabinets which is very welcoming. We have a large combined family and so it was nice to have a dining area whereby we could all sit at the same table.
Things that were less than perfect.
We kept waking up in a sweat at night and finally saw on the last night that the thermostat was scheduled to switch to 78 in the late nighttime. There was only one washcloth in each bathroom which isn't enough. The kitchen has mostly what you need, but there were no dish rags or oven mitts.
We really enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Would stay again in future.

It took me a few weeks to find a place to stay on VRBO, Just because there are soooo many options to choose from, My family and I drove almost 8 hours to get to Kissimmee for our Disney trip, after a long drive we needed a place to call home for a week AND THIS WAS IT FOR US!!! YOU GET 1000 STARS 🌟 FROM ME GUYS!!!

Family Getaway
This house was our home away from home. Super comfortable with plenty of ways to sit back & relax. My family & I loved the pool & theater room. Bedrooms were gorgeous. Dining table was perfect for the whole family to sit together during our meals.
