This was a wonderful property and good location for beach access also. Everyone in our family was pleased with our stay

Everything was great. Only had one hiccup and the property management handled it before all of our group even showed up to the home.

What a great house! Plenty of room for everyone. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was very important and great to have. The kitchen was large and spacious with enough room for many “chefs” in the kitchen. A short and easy walk to the beach made it even nicer. I highly recommend this house for both families and adults.

We had a nice stay in this beach house over Thanksgiving weekend.10 adults 5 kids, having a bathroom in each bedroom was essential. There are A LOT of stairs so the bathroom in the kitchen area was much needed. Couple of notes/call outs: being late November the weather was 60s during the day/40s at night, one of the main reasons we chose this house was because of the hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was luke warm and not enjoyable to sit in during a chilly night. A cover could help get it up to typical hot tub temps. The building is very much a vacation rental not a full time home, we found ourselves going to Walmart to pick up a lot of things but we knew this going in.The dining tables were falling apart which was uneasy for us and the kids. Coat hooks and long mirrors would be nice to have in the rooms. Beds and pillows were ok. Sound does travel through the floors, you can hear people/tvs, and you can hear them moving around in their beds. Sand is easier to clean up on hardwood, but a rug under the beds would help with soundproofing. A couple tvs wouldn’t turn on, and one of the bunk bed ladders was broken but we had enough space the kids just slept on the bottom beds. The house is on the main road and you need to cross it to get to the beach. Some cars zoom thru so the kids needed a chaperone to cross. But the views from the house are stunning, and there was plenty of open space for large dinners and game nights. Little things aside, we had a great time.

What an awesome place to stay! Lots of rooms, comfort, clean, nice pool and hot tub and close to beach! Highly recommend staying if you have friends or family! Each floor had the convenience of washer and dryers as well! Perfect place for family reunions. It was very close to the hangout and the beach shops! Thanks for a great stay ❤️

I had a great experience renting this property. I had a couple of questions before our stay and they responded very quickly! I would definitely rent from them again.

Zeke’s Retreat is a great house for large families. The bedrooms are large and nicely laid out with new mattresses and nice bedding. It was great to have a bathroom in every room with so many people. The layout on the main floor is wonderful for everyone to be able to eat and hangout together. The kitchen is very large and the two refrigerators are handy for a large group. The only thing they need to add in the kitchen are a set of knifes for prepping as well as some serving pieces. They only have one cutting knife and with two or more in the kitchen prepping a meal it was hard. Big serving bowls and platters are needed, as we had to put a salad in a pot to serve everyone. The location to the beach is wonderful with great views from all windows. We would come back again.
